An employee directs you to drive forward and align your front left tire with a track that keeps your car properly positioned, then you put your car in neutral and slowly roll through the car wash. There's lots of water and soap and loud spongey roller swipey things, then at the end you're blasted with air and come out the other side dry, shiny, and clean. Paying customers are allowed to use one of the many many vacuums onsite to vacuum their car interior. It says "5 minute limit" for the vacuums, but I can't imagine they're very strict about the time limit (maybe if they were super crowded). Of course the vacuums are so powerful it makes the process pretty speedy anyway.

With admirable patience, he helped me identify the package that best suited my needs and worked to schedule around my busy days to come to my house to detail the car. On the day of service, Cooksey arrived 15 minutes early and started prepping his equipment. He then spent about 8 hours detailing my neglected interior. To say I was impressed is an understatement. His attention to detail is amazing, his work ethic is above and beyond other detailing services I've used in the past. I didn't expect his work to make the 3-year-old car look brand new, but by the end of the day - I was amazed. Car interior was practically brand new like the day I drove it off the lot.
