Unfortunately, my experience today was extremely frustrating. After my cleaning in February, one of my fillings fell out. Something that has now happened three times after cleanings at this office. While they don't take responsibility for it, the pattern is hard to ignore. I called immediately when it happened and scheduled an appointment for last Monday. However, I never received a reminder, so I mistakenly thought it was for the following week. When they called asking why I missed it, I explained the situation, and they rescheduled me for this morning. I showed up expecting to have the filling fixed. Especially since I had already explained the issue, but instead, they told me the appointment was only for an exam. I had to take time off work for this, and now I'm being charged for an exam I didn't ask for, plus a significantly higher price for the filling compared to what I paid about a year ago. At the end of the day, I missed one appointment due to their lack of communication, lost a day of work because they couldn't accommodate a later time, and now I'm being charged more for something that should have been straightforward. I'm sharing this to hopefully save others time, money, and frustration.

Shortly after we were being moved to Washington state and Dr. Boese perfectly timed it to get my braces off before the move. The staff is super friendly. His assistant Nyssa is quick and makes sure my wires never bothered me. The office is always clean, the doctors were very informative with my treatment plan during my travels.
