Shortly after we were being moved to Washington state and Dr. Boese perfectly timed it to get my braces off before the move. The staff is super friendly. His assistant Nyssa is quick and makes sure my wires never bothered me. The office is always clean, the doctors were very informative with my treatment plan during my travels. Disappointed.I got braces for my son and they said it would be $77 for 18 months .Close to…read morefinishing the 18 months, I got a letter saying i owed close to $1k extra out of pocket because my insurance didn't cover. I have good insurance and I got the ceramic braces elsewhere and never paid anything extra out of pocket. My son got the metal ones and it didn't cover? How could they miss calculate that amount of difference. Just a warning for anyone to double check before they put braces here and not end up with this surprise.

They are very good about schedule appointments but they don't do it right after your appointment and you have to call them. Kind of frustrating because I am forgetting to call the ( or rather my mother is) but still the music was good and all the people were nice and the quality of the braces is great and they are gentle,( most of the time). *edit Still in the chair after 20 minutes, did they forget about me?
