Hakata modern features Tonkotsu pork broth, chashu, ajitsuke tamago, menma, beansprouts, garlic oil, umami dama, and scallions. Final verdict? The broth is rich and flavorful, and there is plenty of it! The ramen egg is a tab bit overdone and the chasu can be a little more tender but who am I kidding? It's pretty damn good! The best part of all? Sapporo sits at a very reasonable price point while not compromising on high quality. All in all, very much worth a trip while in the area.
