They showed us to the spa room, gave us the instructions (shower prior to getting into the hot tub, how to work the shower/steam room, how to work the tub) and let us be for our hour time. They flash/dim the lights momentarily when you have about ten minutes left, which is a nice touch as we had put our phones away to be in the moment.
