All five stars..try them, you won't regret it!

I thought the price for four rooms was very reasonable and I'm very happy with the job that was done. I'll be using them again

Reached out to her last Thursday, and we both agreed on Tuesday, 9am for my appointment, here in Ovilla, Texas. Mike arrived promptly at 9am, and what I thought was horrific carpet damage, (thanks to my sweet dog Trixie) Mike thought nothing of it. He had the spot repaired in 15 minutes. He cleaned and repaired the spot, vacuumed, picked up after himself and was loaded up and gone by 9:30. They take exceptional pride in customer service. Mike had me verify I was happy with the results. They are family owned and not a chain franchise. Excellent company who takes pride in their work. PLEASE READ THE WHOLE REVIEW BEFORE HIRING THIS COMPANY…read more They are all crooks. They are only interested in insurance claims. They came and saw the damage and said they would get me an estimate the next day. Never heard back from them and when I called the person on the phone said someone will call you back today, but guess what, no calls or emails. They must me working on a "big" insurance claim where they are ripping the insurance company. I am just not saying this, but I am also in the service business, and when a company wants your business and only come's to see if it can be a insurance claim, and it isn't than get go poof, never hear from them again. They should at least let me know that this is to small a job and we will not able to repair your roof but I can give you several companies that might do it, that's customer service. There are some good reviews, but that is expected, but see the bad reviews and you will read that customers also had this experience after they did the whole roof which was an insurance claim and under warranty, they took the money and went to the next insurance claim. One last thing, look at different website's for reviews and you will notice that they were insurance claims.
