The procedure was about an hour long. I've had no complications and minimal swelling. He is even so kind as to make sure my retainer is fitting properly and comfortable throughout the healing. My son had his four wisdom teeth removed a few years ago without any complications as well. I recommend Dr. Orr 100% he is wonderful!!!

I tried again and again to make it work, attending multiple visits and following the plan as best I could. The daytime splint caused intense sensory distress, and despite several adjustments, it remained unwearable. I was never offered an alternative path forward. The nighttime splint was also flawed and had to be manually altered by a dental assistant due to a lab error. I was told a properly made replacement would be ordered, but it never arrived. This was not a small investment. I paid nearly $5,000 out of pocket and never received results. The devices were not tolerable, not effective, and not completed to the standard promised. I filed both a dispute and a board complaint. Both were ultimately denied, which was devastating, but I stand by the truth of my experience. I have no treatment to show for the cost and continue to live with the same pain that brought me to their office in the first place. I'm sharing this so others can make informed decisions. I would never want anyone else to walk the same path I did or to feel as dismissed, unheard, or defeated as I do now. That said, I have experience with both of the dentists and they have impressed me with their knowledge and experience, and they are working with the best tools that I have ever seen as regards abilities in imaging, and crown and implant technology. The hygienists and the rest of the staff are very friendly, capable and attentive. I've been there probably 10-12 times and have zero complaints. Even their magazine selection is decent :-). I don't think that you can make a mistake entrusting these people with your dental care.

I also need special help with any anesthesia as I process it very quickly and have come out of it during eye procedures. I was referred to Glacier Creek Dental for a big procedure. I needed 5 crowns and turns out, a root canal. My dentist was not able to put me under and I definitely did not want to go back many times for crowns. When I first walked thru the doors at Glacier Creek Dental I felt welcomed and like these people are next level. Start of the art everything and a family welcome together. The first visit was perfect and the surgery scheduled! I was out for the whole thing and woke up without pain and without the mouth being completely numb. I left snd went to another dentist and confirmed it was still in too high. He ground it down twice. Metal showing to get it to the right height he cautioned me that it may crack. I called Dr Beckwith twice to discuss this and did not ever get a call from her. Another crown got a cavity under the crown in a short amount of time due to it not fitting. Had to fill cavity and get a new crown. I was also told it wasn't best crown material. Cheaper and not as good and he used a newer superior product. Poor work.

The older blonde hygienist, Christine, is not someone I'd ever trust again. She tried to collect the funds that second, hurry, hurry sales pitch. Highly disappointing and wish the dentist would have caught the lies, after she came to introduce herself. This felt like a rushed, impulse sales pitch. They put fear and doubt in you to think you may all of a sudden have a problem. I don't even have any red gums, even post flossing! What a disappointing experience.
