If I call I would actually like to speak to someone- NOT A VOICEMAIL or at least GET A CALL BACK stating if you were on the way, able to help, or to try elsewhere if they are booked out and it was an emergency. They will also show up and not let anyone know so we are left hanging and thinking nobody has came out to check out the issue and come to find out they are already outside meanwhile we have been calling other businesses in a panic with our emergency issue. Otherwise they get the work done I just really wish they had better communication practices!
