The batter held up beautifully, with each bite cleanly separating from the onion without any pull-apart mess. Overall, I'd be open to giving this place another try, perhaps with a different entrée, as I believe there's potential here, and those onion rings are definitely worth returning for.

There was live music, had a very difficult time understanding what he was singing even though we knew the songs. Bartender was very chill and did a great job. Place was busy so reservations would be ideal rather than popping in. Second night the other half of my family came for dinner. We had an appetizer of buffalo cauliflower which was good. I enjoyed my shepherds pie, grandfather liked his fish & chips (which I seen a lot of people order the night before). My uncle had chicken wings while my cousin had chicken sandwich, both were pleased with their meals as well. I imagine there is a lot of traffic from the hotel in the same plaza. Parking can be very difficult later in the evening. One thing that aggravated me was the lack of care to keep a clean sidewalk free if ice and snow. I say this because my girlfriend is disabled and where the handicap parking spot is the ramp and the sidewalk leading to the main entrance was covered in snow. Not only that anyone who is elderly would have difficulties walking as well.

Waitress checked in and asked if I needed another drink. So many servers do the minimum, but want a maximum tip. This was the opposite. First you can get a taster of the eight beers available on tap. Then you can buy variety of cans for experiments at home, which we did as to celebrate Canada Day in style. Unfortunately my favorite Hazy Camper IPA was not available that day. Farnham also offers few amazing hard seltzers that are worthy trying. The staff is super nice, but a little bit slow. Great brew pub to visit if you are in the area!
