They were very pushy to come back super often and I really just wanted to try it once to see if I notice any improvement first. Well, I had the opposite. For the past couple months I have been experiencing excruciating pain in my lower back, near the SI joint. It cost me multiple appointments with my doctor and physical therapists and I'm still not healed. I had to go on medical restrictions at work. This "adjustment" on my legs not being "even lengths" has already costed me hundreds of dollars in trying to heal whatever the chiropractor did to me. I have no idea when it will even heal, or if it will ever really go back to normal. Not only has it caused me pain, but it has prevented me from being able to work and even move sometimes. Thanks a lot.

Call it divine intervention, spooky coincidence... this was the first place I found with the first open appointment. Dr Chris is personable and takes time to explain things thoroughly, but calmly. The neck pain I've always written off as stress since my teenage years? Apparently that's not normal. I learned a lot in my consult, information needing my immediate attention and action. We put together a treatment plan, milestones and goals included, with an understanding that if things haven't improved in 3 months, we'd need a neck MRI. They connected with my insurance to find out what would be covered, and what I can expect to pay. No surprise billing. I'm starting to feel better, pain is reducing, mobility improving, excited to see where my X rays are in a few weeks. So far so good. Michelle at the front desk learns your name and greets you every visit. This office genuinely CARES. They're in the healing business, not just chiropractic adjustments and PT, and I'm so thankful. I could not have found a better office nor standard of care.

I was skeptical about chiropratic medicine in general but it worked for me, the improvement can be clearly seen in the before and after x-rays. My left and right shoulders were in two different altitudes from always carrying my child on one side but now they are back together and I no longer look like the proverbial Hunchback of Notre Dame.

Amazing care! Dr. Tyler truly wants his patients to feel better each time…read more I didn't trust chiropractors at all when I first started seeing Dr. Tyler a few years ago. I had a very unfortunate incident as a child at a chiropractor. On my first appointment, he walked me through every step of the way and assured me that I was safe and ok. It was very reassuring and I've been going back ever since! He has really helped me with my migraines and low back pain. Front desk gals are friendly and inviting. I also love that the front desk texts you if it's been a while- a great reminder for busy corporate folks such as myself! Love coming here!

I had called to schedule my appointment and scheduled it for 8:45 am, they told me to arrive 15 mins early for paperwork (standard, no prob). I received a notification late Friday evening saying my appointment was scheduled for 9 am. I was already confused on the different time, so I showed up at 8:35, i filled out the paperwork, then waited, and waited and waited. At 9:18 I was taken back by a chiropractic assistant to go into this office that I was instructed to watch a 7 minute video. It was a waste of time! Then when the video was done, I waited and waited and waited. I finally went back and the doctor and I talked about pains and he said he wanted me to do xrays, no prob as I know this is normal for chiropractors. But there was SO MUCH time I was just sitting by myself waiting. I thought a new patient appointment would be efficient and make me feel like I am cared about but all the excess time spent waiting I was just glad the appointment was free. I am definitely not going to continue care with them based on the experience I had.

I saw Dr. Troy Knutson, DC, at this clinic. My first visit went well, and I was satisfied enough at…read morethe time to leave a positive review. Unfortunately, my second visit resulted in a serious and medically documented injury. During that appointment, my lower back was adjusted in a way that immediately led to severe complications. Shortly afterward, I was unable to have bowel movements, and my condition rapidly worsened to the point that I had to go to the ER. I was admitted to the hospital and diagnosed with a perforated colon, requiring a week-long hospitalization. After being discharged, I contacted Dr. Knutson directly. He acknowledged the situation and told me he had informed Dr. Alex Twenge, DC, and that corrective care would be provided. Despite those assurances, no meaningful or appropriate follow-up care occurred. I have text message documentation confirming these communications. This experience raised serious concerns for me about the standard of care and the lack of accountability afterward. The physical, emotional, and personal impact has been significant, including time lost with my family that I cannot get back. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options and proceed with extreme caution before seeking treatment here.
