They were very pushy to come back super often and I really just wanted to try it once to see if I notice any improvement first. Well, I had the opposite. For the past couple months I have been experiencing excruciating pain in my lower back, near the SI joint. It cost me multiple appointments with my doctor and physical therapists and I'm still not healed. I had to go on medical restrictions at work. This "adjustment" on my legs not being "even lengths" has already costed me hundreds of dollars in trying to heal whatever the chiropractor did to me. I have no idea when it will even heal, or if it will ever really go back to normal. Not only has it caused me pain, but it has prevented me from being able to work and even move sometimes. The initial consultation was a lot longer than I anticipated, (but that also could be because I can talk a lot) but it felt so much more in depth, we talked about problem areas, severity, and goals. We came up with a two to three-ish long week care plan, some goals to work toward, and the Dr gave me some things for me to do at home.
