Making an appointment was easy - they even seemed happy I was making one. The technicians were friendly and professional, and were never rude or rough like other places I had been. I was in and out probably in 20 minutes at most, and never felt like a number. The feedback on the test was quick, too. My experience was so positive I decided this was my place from now on! A++!

Chelmsford Diagnostic correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it saving me literally thousands of dollars. Over the years after that they've found poorly done work on item after item and they've gotten the job done right. One of the biggest was that they fixed a chronic oil leak at an affordable price; the other guys had priced so high that it was completely unaffordable. One of my cars is older and they've helped me make the best "fix it right or patch it for the remaining life of the car" decisions, and safety versus comfort trade-offs. There are shops that will try to upsell you on work you don't need, shops that don't know what they're doing, and shops that are dishonest. This is none of those. Bill is a little gruff but the customer service is exceptional where it counts: Value and honesty for your dollar. We bring our Camry, Altima, and Sienna here.

They took the time to show me the concerns and i learned a bit more "car talk" that day. I also learned what to look for in a new-used car & what service to prioritize once i buy. I left with a 10 minute treatment only on one leg and was told that my veins weren't big enough for injections. Never heard such from 3 other MD I had worked done in the past. Previous doctors used light and magnifying glasses to carefully visualize and treat my spider veins which are most of the time tiny. This doctor didn't do that. I literally got ripped off for 5-6 injections on my right leg. He said he would also work on a spot on my left leg but didn't. 10 minute job for $350?! If you need to get a treatment done don't come here. I wish he would refund half of the treatment I paid for. It is not fair. If he felt like I didn't have enough veins he "recommend" getting treated for $350 then tell me, I'll walk away and you can keep the $50. Please don't do this to hard working people trying to get help. It's not fair. If you could be so kind to refund me for the half work you provided today, I would greatly appreciate your service. This company should know what is covered or not and do a better job in communication with people.
