All of the staff I interacted with were such a high level of care. I mean I felt absolutely safe and cared for. This was right after a horrific accident on rt3 that tied up stuff in the ED. If you want patients to use the iPads for check in, that's fine, but have a sign directing people to the side walls where the 2 small iPads are. I had no idea this was your method and clearly I'm not the only one because I saw it happen over and over as I sat in the waiting room. You didn't get any nicer over time and I felt bad for people listening to it. Kindness wouldn't hurt, especially when people aren't deliberately doing it, but are confused.
