I had two pretty significant roofing jobs completed by Pittsabanna the first in the summer of 2022…read morethe second in the fall of 2023. Both times I was exceedingly happy with every facet of dealing with Pittsabana Roofing. Maria and Ivan and their crew are eminently friendly, professional, and efficient in both cost and time. I was very pleased with the quality of their work and they didn't leave a single nail or scrap of wood when the jobs were completed. I of course, got multiple quotes for both jobs and while I never went with the cheapest, I thought their prices were quite reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work and how quickly they were able to get things done. They are local they are reliable and they do high-quality work. Can't recommend them strongly enough!

Professional. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Hard-working. Efficient…read more If these are qualities you are looking for in a company to repair or replace your gutter system and/or roof, look no further! Pittsabana's team is all of this and more! From the first call to receive a free estimate through to completion, Maria, Ivan and the Pittsabana team were a pure delight to work with. Their knowledgeable and professional service made the potential headache of major home repairs dissolve. I initially contracted Pitttsabana to remove the ineffective box gutters from my 1900 home that had been poorly repaired in what some might call a 'fix and flip'. I called for the estimate on a Friday of a holiday weekend and Ivan showed up first thing Monday morning to take drone imaging of the gutters in order to provide the most accurate estimate. I was provided two estimates: one to repair the existing box gutters and another to remove them and install a seamless aluminum gutter system. In the end, I chose the second. However, upon removing the box gutters, Ivan' team gained access to the attic for the first time as I have no internal access and discovered considerable water damage, NO Insulation, and shingles slapped on top of other shingles to hide the actual state of the roof!! (No wonder my gas/electric bills were so high!) Ivan contacted me immediately with images and knowledge of how to go about fixing the roof, and again I was provided with multiple options to choose from. Ivan was willing to come to the house and patiently walk me through my options, explaining the differences between the plans, as much of this was new to me. This allowed me to pick the plan that best fit both my aesthetic and my budget! Ivan's team arrived early every day, worked diligently, and adapted their work schedule to meet the needs of my family (ending earlier than they otherwise would have one day). They thoroughly cleaned the area every day to ensure that my yard was safe for my dogs. AND they went above and beyond, fixing some 'poorly flipped' items they discovered along the way! By the time all was said and done, I have a functioning gutter system, a STUNNING new roof with proper ventilation, properly lined and capped chimneys, and a crew I would consider friends! 20/10!

Throughout the roof replacement, they honored the contract. Their team of roofers was punctual, careful, reliable, and efficient. They started and finished the project as scheduled. Devon, the company manager, was polite, competent, and efficient. He was easy to reach, talk to, and get results. By comparison to other roof replacement offers we got, Bronson offered the best value. Thank you, Bronson Roofing! Recently, I had them fix a leaking downspout. They did an outstanding job. Again, I was impressed by their workforce and labor organization, which enabled them to offer timely, expert, and reliable service. Bravo Bronson!

I called Cousins and I was a little disappointed I had to wait about 4 weeks for someone to come out and take a look, BUT when the day finally came, Mark got right to work inspecting the area and recommended securing a few other pieces of siding that looked like they were loose as well. I was shocked when I asked how long I'd have to wait for someone to come back out and fix it, and he said he would do it right then! The price was reasonable, so I signed the contract, and in an hour, he had cleared out some dead vines that had grown under the siding, secured the loose pieces, and reattached the piece that fell off. Extremely happy with his work!

I got four estimates for replacing the whole damaged surface with new siding. It wasn't enough to justify raising my homeowner's insurance rate, so I was out of pocket. Bucco's wasn't the lowest bid, but it was near the lowest bid, and I felt like they were the most dependable and trustworthy option. I am very happy with my decision. They got all the work done in one day, it looks great, they cleaned up, and all the paperwork was online and automated. Timelines were reasonable and communication was excellent. Truly Exceptional Roofer & Project Partner…read more I can't recommend Jordan (not the owner although I am sure he is great too), the incredible roofer and project lead highly enough. From day one, he went far beyond what you'd expect--not just handling the roof work, but acting as a true advocate and guide through an extremely drawn-out and stressful process. All at a great value. Jordan helped me navigate a complicated insurance situation, communicated efficiently with his crew and other consultants, and stayed on top of every detail. He checked on the roof regularly to make sure my tenants and property stayed safe, all while keeping things calm and moving forward behind the scenes. Thanks to his professionalism, we got through roof, wall, and ceiling repairs with no hiccups. He was responsive, thorough, and just an all-around wonderful person to work with. Jordan is truly one of the best repair team members you could ask for--and I feel incredibly lucky to have had him on my side during this project.
