We both had a hard time identifying any hazelnut flavor in the drink at all. Overall, they weren't horrible, but definitely not what we were looking forward to.

We love the Bayt Almocha in Dearborn (side note: they have mirrors so don't run into them thinking it's more store like I did) so this felt like a mini version of that location. On that visit, I got the Iced Tiramisu Latte but wanted to try their refresher this time. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. It had a "fake" strawberry flavor and I'm not sure what else to compare it to besides the flavor a strawberry chapstick. I was envying Aidan's Tiramisu and would recommend sticking to getting coffee here so that's why I'm still giving it 4 stars. The store itself is quiet and clean and good for studying. Lots of natural light and not busy at all on a Friday afternoon!

It wasn't super busy but it appeared to be frequently by lots of regulars who had the menu memorized. About half of the orders were pick ups and the rest were people who decided to stay in the café and enjoy the music. I'm definitely returning to this one! Places like Starbucks, Biggby and Tim Hortons pale in comparison to these new breed of Yemeni coffee shops popping up everywhere. I guess they deserve it since coffee was basically invented in Yemen and then shared with the world.

Their ice cream and coffee selection was pretty good and they also do flights of ice cream and flights of coffee. We had a flight of ice cream and then had an iced coffee with their signature ice cream blended into it which was called Detroit Grand Slam, this iced coffee was so good I had to go back in and order a pint of the ice cream so I could replicate this iced coffee at home. This place is really cool and we will definitely go back. The lady behind the counter was very nice and very fast.
