In 1986, Stuart Robinson came out on a cold January night. He got the emergency heat running until they could replace the unit. I have never had any issues or problems in the past. Recently, Jason came out for the annual Fall service. With his camera he located a crack (not a good thing in the heat exchanger) on the video. The initial reaction was to replace the furnace. So we had another bid and he inspected and he failed to find a crack in the heat exchanger. Obviously we were confused at this point. So we hired a third service company to evaluate the unit. Again they came back with a diagnosis of "no crack". I did not know what to do. Nate Robinson (Nate is a licensed Mechanical engineer. Not many service companies have such expertise.) volunteered to come out with the service technician and replace the heat exchanger. I was shown TWO cracks. I apologized immediately for casting doubt. TWO heat and air companies missed TWO cracks. Do not doubt Robinson Heat and Air. Call them You and your family and pets lives may depend on it. They put personal care first, while being right.

My mom is an elderly woman that lives alone and is disabled and has been without heating for a week. Robinson not only charged her a 95 dollar service fee, which okay I completely understand for coming out. Hooked up a new thermostat which are typically builders series junk, showed her that the heat was now working. Then told her it would be FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS TO INSTALL. The irony it was already installed, when she said that was outrageous he uninstalled it and left. No heat, in December for an elderly disabled member of the community who has spent who whole life doing incredible things locally for those in need. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever head and I've worked in the home improvement industry for 10 years. Middletown you have a choice of which small business you choose, Robinson heating and air does not care about their customers nor community. The icing on the cake was I spoke with whichever supervisor was on duty WHICH NEVER RETURNED MY CALL, and he told me a completely different price (300) and then basically said screw off and hung up. I told them that it wasn't an emergency, and I'd be happy to schedule for later in the week or whenever they had an opening. They arrived within the hour. And, even better? Finished the work in mere minutes, replacing an aerator that I had not even considered. Plus, they fixed our toilet to boot-- it needed a new flapper and chain-- all in less than 45 minutes total. These guys will be my first call if we ever have any plumbing issues. Fantastic job.

When I got home from work, the AC unit was still not working. I contacted them and the owner was at my house within 20 minutes. The problem was diagnosed and fixed. Upon packing up, he went and got the check my wife had written earlier in the day and told us because of the error, he was not charging us anything. We tried to argue that his time was valuable but he was hearing none of it and wouldn't accept anything for fixing our problem. I won't use anyone else from this point on. Honesty and integrity hard to find these days and when you run across them, you keep it close by.

Its not easy. I know but the rewards are epic a lot of times. I called your establishment today. I am from Oregon. I am helping my son, who recently became a single father of 2, with his casa. We recently had our Heating and air conditioning fixed by 3 very kind gentleman after not having air conditioning for over 7 days. It was brutal! Thanks Guys!!! Wish I remembered their name. I talk over her... begging to be given a manager or the #... there must be a way... i need help, and there be a loophole... right? No, she hangs up on me. I call back 10 or so minutes later hopeful... gonna beg for a loophole. Jen answers, I say Jennifer I am sorry, I don't mean to...she cuts me off... says they are on their way ... I tell her THANK YOU SO MUCH, I DIDN'T MEAN TO BE RUDE I just needed help and felt lost. She said... "Yes, you did mean it and hung up.... slammed the phone down." Its 4pm...
