However, being a…read morebusiness owner, I understand the importance of reviews, and the general public leans heavily on them in today's marketplace. I called Inloes last Friday because our furnace went out. CJ with Inloes was at my house within two hours of my phone call. He was very professional and informative. He proposed three different options, we chose the one we wanted, and they scheduled us for an install on Monday. The crew showed up, once again, extremely professional, organized, and very efficient. I deal with contractors daily in the real estate industry. I see the good and the bad. I will recommend Inloes to anyone who asks me for a recommendation. If you are considering Inloes to help with any heating/cooling needs, be cautious of the negative reviews you read. You won't find a better company to help you.

He's very thorough and showed and explained things before and after he worked on something. And he cleaned up so well after he finished, that we couldn't even tell that he was here except that everything was fixed and actually cleaner than before he started working. LOL! He also made us aware that our water heater is too big to take through the doorway if it ever needs to be replaced, and that a wall would have to come down to get it out. It's something a contractor did 10 years ago when he constructed a kitchen near it and didn't consider the water heater size that he was closing in. Because of Bruce, we are preparing ahead of a possible water heater outage and demolition emergency to get the wall knocked out and rebuilt. Thank you, Bruce, for everything! You're amazing!

Let me start by saying that I have worked with Robinson Heating and Cooling for over forty years,…read morefor needs at my office and home. They also installed HVAC when I built a house. In 1986, Stuart Robinson came out on a cold January night. He got the emergency heat running until they could replace the unit. I have never had any issues or problems in the past. Recently, Jason came out for the annual Fall service. With his camera he located a crack (not a good thing in the heat exchanger) on the video. The initial reaction was to replace the furnace. So we had another bid and he inspected and he failed to find a crack in the heat exchanger. Obviously we were confused at this point. So we hired a third service company to evaluate the unit. Again they came back with a diagnosis of "no crack". I did not know what to do. Nate Robinson (Nate is a licensed Mechanical engineer. Not many service companies have such expertise.) volunteered to come out with the service technician and replace the heat exchanger. I was shown TWO cracks. I apologized immediately for casting doubt. TWO heat and air companies missed TWO cracks. Do not doubt Robinson Heat and Air. Call them You and your family and pets lives may depend on it. They put personal care first, while being right.

My mom is an elderly woman that lives alone and is disabled and has been without heating for a week. Robinson not only charged her a 95 dollar service fee, which okay I completely understand for coming out. Hooked up a new thermostat which are typically builders series junk, showed her that the heat was now working. Then told her it would be FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS TO INSTALL. The irony it was already installed, when she said that was outrageous he uninstalled it and left. No heat, in December for an elderly disabled member of the community who has spent who whole life doing incredible things locally for those in need. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever head and I've worked in the home improvement industry for 10 years. Middletown you have a choice of which small business you choose, Robinson heating and air does not care about their customers nor community. The icing on the cake was I spoke with whichever supervisor was on duty WHICH NEVER RETURNED MY CALL, and he told me a completely different price (300) and then basically said screw off and hung up. The two prices aren't even the same!

Something is loose, If it was working and fine before they got there and now it's not working after they did their install? That's basic math. We will not be having this company back to 228 n Washington, I would choose a different more honest and honorable company that does the right thing, especially with the fire hazard they left her with in a house she just bought,

My 83 year old mother felt very comfortable with them and is pleased with the outcome. She was concerned (and told by another company) that she would need a new HVAC.
