Below is the text exchange so you can see how unprofessional he was. He should have either offered for me to wait and he would honor my appointment, have someone else do my appointment, or offer me some kind of consolation for wasting my time and gas. I have been searching for a good eyelash place for a long time.. so I am so happy I finally found Danielle! First of all, she is SO easy to get in contact with and responds very quickly. Second of all, her work is so impressive! I asked for a fuller, and slightly more 'dramatic' than natural-- and they turned out beautifully. Typically, when I have gotten extensions from other places in the past, they tend to not last very long and fall off rather quickly.
