Most of the employees are wearing masks which I appreciate. I came in the store to have several of my kitchen knives sharpen. I did a little bit of yelping and googling before I decided to try Ace Hardware store "Resharp" service. It is a very convenient, on-demand knife sharpening service. The best part os it all is the 5 STAR customer service I received from Mack. He is trained to use their Resharp machine and immediately took my knives to sharpen it. Customer service is the heart of every business, Mack is certainly the heart of this store. He was not only very professional but was friendly and engaging. Mack answered all my questions. I am truly impressed on how he managed to answer all my questions while providing exceptional quality service. Another employee, Zaya, was also very friendly, cheerful and helpful. Sue rang up my purchase. She was also very friendly and professional. It is apparent that there is consistent great and quality customer service here at Ace Hardware in Woodland. Additional bonuses are their military discount, ample parking spaces and location. I highly recommend this store. By the way, my knives are VERY SHARP!
