I asked what they thought when I showed them my chair fabric and they immediately picked out a light creamy beige with gray undertones and I was amazed that it was perfect. We ended up driving to a different location in South Bend to do business. I have never had anyone just walk away to check text messages in the middle of a conversation, but the employees said it happens constantly. There are too many other locations, and options, nearby to tolerate such unprofessional behavior. Great paint, but they should get rid of management who clearly don't care about the bottom line.

I tell you what, the associate "Mike" was extremely knowledgable, friendly and kind. Recommended a paint that I used solely on his recommendation- Wife loved it and will be going back for more and for future projects. The prices are a bit higher then other Lowes,not sure about Menards, but for the piece of mind, that these guys know there stuff and have used the product, its well worth it.
