This is a great company....a Benjamin Moore dealer. I would never buy paint and supplies from…read moreanywhere else. Over several years I painted the exterior of every building and every interior room on my farm so I got to know them well. It didn't matter if I was buying a paint brush or hundreds of $$ of paint, there was always great service and that's the way they treat everyone that comes through the door. And, they have spent countless hours with me helping to match paints and stains or altering colors of already-purchased paints that were not quite the color I wanted. Plus, they will maintain a record for you in their system of which room a certain paint color is used in. They can get busy sometimes and that results in a bit of a wait but that can happen anywhere. Don't buy paint from the "big box" stores when you've got such a great local resource.

I was also thankful that she gave me a contractor discount on the products because as you know Benjamin Moore is not cheap lol. Did not even completely cover in 3 either :/ Romabio says I have to get a refund through Magnolia but Magnolia says it's our fault for not using primer even though Romabio says directly on the can and TDS no need for primer on unsealed/unpainted brick. Romabio agreed to give magnolia credit for the product but Christine said she wouldn't 'feel comfortable' giving us a refund for any amount. Christine lied to Romabio that she had warned us to use primer on our unsealed brick. I will never use Magnolia Paint again... Christine was not sympathetic that I was out over $2,000. She said she had to look out for her store even though Romabio agreed the product had not lived up to its description and I should be issued a refund. Same with their corporate manager Christy. She started the conversation by saying she didn't have much time for me even though I had just informed her that her store manager Christine had hung up on me. I also reached out to the owner and have not received a response. I attached a picture of the brick with 3 coats. As you can see, the finish is threadbare even though Romabio advertises their paint as a 2 coat, 'uniform', 'opaque' system with no need for primer on unsealed brick.
