Being new, this store is nice and super clean. We have been looking into trying a new, different paint color for our door and trim for the house, so we stopped in for a visit. We were greeted by super customer service, Phillip. I only say this because despite how many customers came in and out, Phillip handled himself with professionalism. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, never got flustered. All in all, we walked out having a better idea on what color we will eventually purchase. They looked up the paint color, made a custom blend in a different style of paint, and even gave me the same pricing as they give the builder! I had a large bucket of leftover paint from the builder, and they even put that in the shaker machine for a quick ride, and then filled my touch up bottle out of the large bucket (yay, no mess in my garage). There is a pretty, cute young girl there who actually knows her stuff about their paints! She was knowledgeable not only about the products but application of the product as well. The other guy behind the counter was super helpful as well. Hats off to this location- they made me a fan. I have 3 locations that are close to me, but I'll go back to this one in the future.

I spoke with Marissa B., she helped me find the paint code on the can that I had, and explained that the paint was actually roughly 15 years old and no longer being carried. That's what I get for thinking :-) the paint was left in my home when I purchased it, and I assumed it was relatively new. Marissa went out of her way to find a paint that was almost identical, she took the time to research, which I found to be absolutely amazing customer service! I walked out with the paint that was relatively inexpensive and matched color and texture to near 100% of the paint that was on my existing walls. Had it not been for Marissa, I would have had to repaint an entire room, due to the paint colors not matching. She went above and beyond, in my opinion, to ensure that I was happy, satisfied, and treated like a valued customer - even though it was my very first time in the store You may ask, did I spend more than I would have at a big box store? Possibly, however I am certain I would have received paint that did not 100% match and would have spent more money to repaint an entire room Based on this experience alone, I will definitely be back when I have projects that require paint.

Not that I have paint needs all the time but when I do it's nice to know I am going to receive great customer service and the staff has always gone above and beyond. This past Sunday, I had the pleasure of working with Evan, he was extremely helpful in helping match an exterior paint. It's always frustrating when previous owners don't leave paint codes or even left over paint to make matching easy but this was not the case. Evan offered several options and ended up having a beautiful match to the existing paint which saved me even more time as I was able to paint just one wall verses all the walls. Evan was very patient and professional, a great representation for Sherwin!
