Years later and I am here every time I need to paint. Still the best paint I have ever used and it is still a place with outstanding customer service. I can tell Rocky what I am thinking of in terms of a color and bam, he pulls great options. And more importantly, does not get ruffled if you do not like an option. He just picked my new living room color with one shot. I tried the sample at home and it is perfect! They are going to move to another location in the same plaza. I can't wait to see the new store. NEVER AGAIN. I went…read moreto their Warwick location on my lunch because the store they have near my house closes at 5 (super convenient for those of us with 9-5 hours). I went in knowing EXACTLY what I wanted and needed, bought the most expensive paint they carry (Aura by Benjamin Moore) and AFTER cashing me out I am told a paint can opener is an additional cost. Why not ask that BEFORE you run my credit card??? On top of that they did not put the color on the lid, so I am sitting at my desk now nervous that it won't be the color listed. I will painting on Saturday and if I open it and it's wrong you better believe they will be taking it back!!! I will NEVER return to one of their stores again. A "discount" on paint (that is offered by Benjamin Moore Directly, not the store itself) does not make up for bad service!
