    Usually I love this SW store but I called 5 minutes before they closed to place an order of 2…read moregallons of paint that I needed and I was literally across the freeway. Instead of the gentleman on the phone offering to help me, all he kept saying is I'm closing on 5 minutes...I'm locking up in 4 minutes. So now I will be taking my business somewhere else. I knew exactly what I wanted, didn't need to shop and could have been there in 2 minutes. Manager needs to train these people on customer service.

    I needed a small quantity of touch up paint for my walls. Unfortunately - the quart my builder…read more left for me had dried up - but I was able you show the sales associate a large sample - a "4x4" chunk of the died paint to use as a color match. The associate refused to match the paint saying that he needed a sample from my wall and suggested I go home and cut out a piece of my wallboard - at least the size of a quarter! Oh- and it needed to be a piece that was exposed to the light etc in case my off-white paint had discolored. (My house is fairly new.) basically he did not want to bother with making just a quart and told me that only his top line paint was available in a quart. So - I offered to buy a gallon of cheaper paint and I told him I would be satisfied with a less than perfect color match since I just needed it for touch-up. He again refused telling me to go home and cut out a hole in my wall! I happen to have been a good customer of this location and had bought several thousand dollars of paint over the past few years - but the associate did not recognize me- and treated me like somebody who was just looking to use a 25% coupon for a small item which he did not want to bother with.

At this point it seems like we've been to every single location in town, Barbi is a big fan and that is why, but as time goes by it turns out that we haven't, as new ones emerge and pop up, or we discover new ones that were here all along, such as this. Indeed, it seems like she keeps on finding new locations, which is kind of bizarre, but here we are again at a location where she found a few things that she seems to think are not available at other locations, but it made her happy and making her happy is pretty much the only reason I exist and has been for a long time, so I continue to do so and I will continue to bring her to every Bath and Body location that she wishes to visit. I'm sure we will be back to this one even though we've only been here once so far.

    I came in wanting to exchange 4 single wicks and 2 three wicks candles. When I first walked in I…read moretold the greeter that I wanted to do an exchange and they told me I will need to pay the difference. I said the policy did not changed and was there a memo or email sent out? And she said yes. I walked out and called cs. CS told me their policy has not change and I should do an exchange candle for candle even if the newer ones are more expensive. Got a case number and was instructed if they give me any issue I can provide the case number and they can talk to corporate. I came back 30 minutes later and when I got to the register they said the same thing about paying the difference. I had a receipt for 3 candles and the others was probably at home. The manager (Nicole) said since I paid less for the single wick I will have to pay the difference of the other newer single wicks and wouldn't let me exchange/return the other candles that didn't have receipts. I told them I have a case number provided by corporate and they can call about their policy. The manager said she won't call corporate and they don't need to. I was baffled. I step aside and called cs AGAIN. CS put me on hold and called the manager for about 15+20 minutes. CS told me to go ahead and do the exchange and they can stay on the phone. Another rep rang me up and the manager wants nothing to do with me. She did not talk to me afterward or look at me. While I was being checked out another customer besides ask about exchanging their items and the manager has the AUDACITY to say she has to pay the difference or get a gift card. When she was literally on the phone with CS about the policy!! The other customer opt for the gift card. When I was finished with my transaction I looked for the customer and asked to confirm if what I heard was right. She did indeed claim they said the policy changed. And she have exchange at other stores before no problem. Since this was a new year she wasn't sure and this was the only store that ever gave her problem. CS was still on the phone and heard everything and will be filing a complaint to the manager and will notify the district. I can't believe the disgruntle manager totally ignored their policy and made up their own rules even after talking to CS. I was in the store for a long time hoping it would be a quick in and out.
