I was really unsure about which direction to go with the exterior color of our home, and Sara helped narrow things down...she even set up meetings with local paint stores and came with me to look at options. When I kept picking up new swatches, she offered to come by daily to test them on the house, which was such a relief during what could have been a stressful process. I also wanted to update the dark red brick with a "schmeared" finish for a more European look. Again, they came by every time I picked up a new swatch color and this time swatched sections of the brick. We ran out of the product mid-way through, and without hesitation, Sara drove to several hardware stores -- some quite a distance away--to track down the exact product we needed to finish the job right. That level of commitment is rare. We also went with a glossy front door, which was a finish they hadn't done before, but they were open to learning and pulled it off beautifully.
