It is as quiet as a library in here so when you do say something everyone will here it. Which is what happened. We didn't end up buying anything that day, but we did end up taking a paint splotch catalog with us. It was actually a nice handheld fan type of paint splotch display. Gave to us for free. I told her that I wanted to buy one gallon of paint in a particular sheen and color in interior SuperPaint. She went in the back and quickly mixed the paint. The employee asked me for my last name, but other employees at other locations in the past had always credited my purchases to different customers, so I handed over a printout of my PaintPerks card, so she could find me in her computer. Sherwin-Williams was having a 25%-off sale, and they had also emailed me a $10-off coupon. As a result, I ended up paying a total of about $47 for the gallon of paint as well as some painters' tape--a savings of $28. Other locations of Sherwin-Williams are closer to where I live, so I am unlikely to return to this business in the future, but my experience was positive.

Over the past few years, I have shopped at this particular Sherwin-Williams store in Ross Township many times. I have most frequently bought their interior SuperPaint and Emerald paints, and I have occasionally bought their exterior paints and supplies. For my most recent purchase, I ordered two gallons of paint through the Sherwin-Williams website. The regular prices for the paint were expensive, but Sherwin-Williams was having a sale for 30%-off. Later that day, a store employee emailed me that my paint was ready for pickup. When I went to the store to pick up my paint, an employee immediately greeted me. She looked for my order in the computer, and she found my cans of paint on back shelves. She handed me my receipt and thanked me. I think that Sherwin-Williams paint is easy to apply to my drywall and wooden trim and that it provides good coverage. Many top interior designers highly recommend Sherwin-Williams paint colors, and I have enjoyed several of the paint colors in my house. I greatly appreciate that this store is open until 6 PM from Monday through Friday, and they are open also on Saturdays and Sundays.
