This Home Depot is pretty spot on!…read more The parking is a little annoying because they are angled spots, so depending on which way you go down the aisle will determine which spot you can get, but we went at night an hour before closing so it wasn't too packed. All of the employees are SUPER helpful, my husband and I were looking at appliances, cabinets, countertops, flooring, and backsplash/tile and in EACH section someone asked if they could assist us and were super friendly. At the other Home Depot locations I have been to, no one has offered to help, you had to approach them for help. I also saw more variety and options than at the other locations I've been to, so that's also a plus. I'm a fan of this store and will be back soon once my husband and I are ready to pick styles for our kitchen remodel!

Sad to have to write this awful review but the past few visits to this location have left no other…read morechoice. We have shopped here for years and Harbor Freight in general has always provided reasonably priced items -not high quality but functional for a small project. That said their ICON brand has proven itself to rival some of the top brands on the market. Their stores are always well stocked. They often run decent sales. I have been loyal to them for go to hardware tools and the like. From now on, I'm going to have to look elsewhere. The service at this location is beyond incompetent. As much as I am a proponent for 15hr minimum wage - these folks don't deserve whatever it is HF is paying. Dismissive, rude, unprofessional and when I tell you they are doing the BARE MINIMUM - I can't even say they do that. Install self-check-out - I would rather a robot then these pathetic, ignorant and unprofessional representatives for Harbor Freight. They won't even put the items in the bag they ring you up without so much as a nod, smile, how do you do - much less interact with you at all. I honestly don't even think they tell you the total. I asked for a bag, and he literally pointed to the bags sitting right on the counter. On another visit I asked the girl who was literally putting things on the shelves where to find a specific item and was told "I'm going on break" and walked away. Yet another occasion two cashiers had a line - when next in line as I started to put my stuff on the counter, he looked at me and said, "you have to go over there - I'm closing." It would be different if these were isolated instances; however, this is EVERYTIME I am there. Taking my business elsewhere. I'll reiterate here SELF CHECK OUT

I…read moreresonate with her review and quote "All was going well and he seemed to know what he was talking about but then I asked him to email his quote to a second email address and it was downhill from there. He huffed and puffed about cc'ing a second email so god knows what he would be like on the job if he had to do something mildly inconvenient. I was completely baffled how this man turned into a child before my very eyes." All of the contractors I've dealt with with the exception of Beauty Walls - have enjoyed back and forth communication, and being very communicative and clear. Sviat literally told us "I'm not in the communications department" on one of his bad days where he was 'inconvenienced' by having to respond to our emails and requests. He rage deleted our project from his system, and when we asked him about it he said that he let his emotions get the best of him and shouldn't have done it in the moment (see more later). Dealing with him and his business delayed our move in date by a month. A prime example of communications with him will be ie - send email Monday, no reply, we follow up Wednesday, then he replies, then we respond within minutes to hours, and have to follow up again Friday for an update. We were going to try to make it work with him - since he did our floors for another property many years ago and went without hiccup. He emailed us (this is copy and pasted: " I made a mistake deleting that estimate, I started again and I'm not able to overcome my emotions. Sorry I can't do your floors. There are good companies on Yelp.com or Angi.com with trustful reviews. We can do painting for you after the floors are done" I would recommend this business if you are ok dealing with this unprofessionalism and childlike behavior As soon as we moved onto quotes from 2 other businesses, WOW night and day. Very communicative, no babysitting and having to follow up for responses, and even more - wow no complaining about having to communicate?! Bonkers. Such a horrible experience, when I really wanted to initially support an independent family business.
