Owner Jim Welna and his staff have proven time and time again they're more than happy to go the extra mile to come up with solutions to problems. Plus, when it comes to product recommendations, I can trust they'll steer me in the right direction. Instead of the most expensive item, they'll show me what's locally produced, eco-friendly, AND most cost effective. If they don't have what I need they'll do what they can to make sure I get it. They are always worried about selling me too much paint, so they want me to buy paint at the sale price but leave it untinted so I can return it. The salespeople are so knowledgable about everything they sell. When I visited to buy paint, they helped me pick colors, finishes, and made sure I only bought as much as I needed. When I needed supplies, they helped me find the right tools and didn't push me to buy extras. One of the best parts about shopping at Sherwin-Williams is that they save your colors to your account, unlike big-box retailers. Tip: Paint, in general, is expensive but Sherwin-Williams always has coupons. Make sure you sign up for emails.

They have shopping carts (I didn't notice baskets), but the space is so tight, I didn't bother using one. As for parking, it's just street parking but I was able to find a spot on the parkway. I ended up getting my pots, soil, and a new plant (because of course) and they walked me to my car to help me carry everything even though it was cold out. Amazing service, great selection, and a gem of a small business!
