Previous to going to SW, I went to one of the large home improvement centers to get a refill of paint. When I started painting, I noticed the color was quite different from what I had brought to get matched. I even had the code on the can. The software had been changed, upgraded, and that affected my paint, according to the employee who talked to me for over an hour about the problem. I decided I needed to go to a store just dealing with paint-good paint. I decided it is worth the cost to buy better paint based on videos I watched where they compared paints. I read the other review here and believe they were mistreated. I think this type of thing happens all the time where even though a person bought a lot of stuff, the transactions were not recorded.
