TERRIBLE - If I could give this place less than one Star I would…read more spent $520 on a paint sprayer, to Spray Their Sherwin Williams paint, which I already bought last week. to do so means buying different tips for the sprayer to properly spray paint of that viscosity etc... none of them know anything about any of this- Its the most expensive items in the store, and not one of them knows jack sh!t about any of it. so needless to say after driving half an hour back home ( 1 hour round trip drive every time I go to the store), I was pulling my hair out trying to get these tips in to the gun, with the wrong parts they hand picked to give me to make it all work - WRONG! So I watched some videos explaining all the different tips and which ones work with which guards etc.. and learned all about it- Something You think the staff would have to do. Be Trained on the products, ( like I say the most expensive products in the store ) so an Hour dive back to the store to return the crap ( I coulda just traded for the correct part I needed). but NOPE. Never shopping there again! Incompetence in what is supposed to be a Professional level specialty paint store, is inexcusable- Ill just go to Home Depot where I know they dont know, but Im ok with it and expect it.

They could not sand it off the support posts so there was no way to keep our wood grain due to their store error. They refused to reimburse us what we had to pay the painter even though they ruined our new 30K deck. I have already contacted corporate with no callback and they did nothing after a BBB complaint either. Horrible store, horrible customer service. Please go somewhere else. Use a different brand.
