The delivery of my equipment was also late. I was told one date, but it ended up arriving three days later than promised. Because of that delay, I missed two days of work, which cost me over $380 in lost income. They offered me one month free for the delayed delivery, but when I looked at the numbers, that did not even properly compensate for the wages I lost. Two days of missed work alone totaled over $380. At one point, my power was out for 14 days, and there was absolutely no empathy or urgency from their team. Instead of working with me, they were quick to shut off my service when it wasn't warranted. However, when it came time to restore the power, it took six or more hours. The lack of consistency and professionalism is unbelievable. Between the stress, unprofessional behavior, poor communication, unwarranted fees, and lack of accountability, I would not recommend this service to anyone--unless you are prepared to deal with constant frustration and unnecessary headaches.
