After repairs and additional hardware the door needed to be repainted. I brought paint chips in that had flaked off the wood windowsills (same paint as door) to have it matched. I regret that I don't remember the lady's name who helped me but she was awesome! I'm the last person in the world that should have a paintbrush in their hand but this lady walked me through every step! It was tough to get a perfect color match given the weather worn, oxidized chips that I brought in but on the second try we nailed it. It was such a good match that I painted the areas on the window frames where the paint had chipped off and you'd never know they weren't paint at the same time with the same paint. Oh, and of course the door came out perfect! I wouldn't hesitate to return if I'm ever unlucky enough to have to paint something again.

After 5 minutes or so she comes back and she says that it's stuck behind a pallet. She called over to a guy and ask for help. the guy end up being the manager of the store. He told me that he was not going to get the chair out because it was behind other pellets that he would have to move. He kept telling us to go online and order it but we wanted it then. He also said "it will take me an hour and I'm not doing that on a Saturday afternoon" I was very disappointed and will now consider taking my business elsewhere.

I have experienced excellent customer service. Recently I was looking for an olive oil container that I had previously purchased at another location, but somehow in a move lost it. I asked the cashier and since I was the only one in line--she took me to their little laptop, looked up the item, found it wasn't in the store, saw they couldn't order it, but directed me to login to my Explorer account, helped me do so (I was holding my 7month old baby), wrote down a coupon code, helped me figure out how to order the item--took us like 10 minutes and was super helpful, accommodating and cheerful. Once they're gone, they leave no indication there was ever a shop here. For all of that, this stop certainly takes the fun out of searching for flowering plants. Why? Because it's all here and there's no need to go from place to place. Except that I enjoy going from place to place and finding something that may not be available elsewhere. With that said, though, because these are all Montana-grown plants, I do like to support this place and it's easy because they do have an wonderful selection. The plants in the tents around the perimeter are sorted by flowering, bushes. sun, shade. and there are succulents and organic herbs also available. There seems to be one person, who is the answer-person for all questions about the plants -- at least early in the season while everyone else is still getting trained. She asks the right questions when I have a question and she hasn't steered me wrong, yet. Next spring, if you're in the area, stop by to visit High Country Growers, you'll probably be surprised at the interesting things you'll find.
