It was not and when called again, was told that delivery person was mowing his lawn. Then was told by owner the next day that other orders were more important than mine and I should place orders 24 hours in advance as per policy which is nowhere to be found. Then I was told to educate myself on THEIR store policy like I'm a mind reader. Flowers were of poor quality to top it off so it ultimately became a waste of $150 dollars.

When my mother passed away, I was looking for a local florist to be able to do a custom casket…read morepiece. A lot of them had ridiculous prices online for a custom piece and even a simple rose spread would have been $300+. These guys were different. I was able to do a nice custom spread of red roses, rose buds, baby's breath, and calla lilies for under $300. I even found out that they can do wild flowers, like buttercups, depending on the season. Super friendly and easy to work with and they gave me plenty of time and their phone number if I needed to change the arrangement. When I saw it at the funeral home, it was just gorgeous and just what I wanted. They did a superb job!

Let me start by saying this company has truly disappointed me. I wanted to do something extra…read morespecial for my mom on her birthday and decided to send her a wonderful bouquet of flowers. I ordered the flowers to make sure she would get them on her special day being that I would not be able to spend the day with her. Well needless to say she didn't get her flower and I had to ruin the surprise by asking her did she get her flowers. I ended up getting a series of emails first saying they would be delivered on the date requested then another saying they wouldn't be which was very upsetting. The next day as we both waiting for them to arrive my mother was so upset she didn't want the flowers. Mind you this is around 3:00pm. I contacted the company which is 800 flowers and as I was put on hold the company came back and said they were being delivered. I contacted my mother who didn't get her flowers until after 5pm. This has been very upsetting and I will never order from them again. This is the second time they have disappointed me with not delivering on time. Lets not forget along with the expensively priced flowers they charge you another 14.99 flor delivery and they don't get it to the customer on time. Thankfully my mom said the flowers were beautiful.....I just wish they could have been delivered on her birthday and with an apology to say the least....SO SORRY MOM!!

They had someone who just did weddings so we spoke with her and came up with a good selection. First time getting married so I didn't know we would have to wait to get a quote, to even find out if we could afford them all. Ok i didn't think much of it she said she would be in touch in a couple days, because she had a few events before ours. Three weeks later i call and she says she has been so busy because of a funeral. I was really shocked that I couldn't have gotten at least a small call or email before then and now im two months out waiting on her. A week later I got the quote and HELL NO! It is very true what everyone says, wedding flowers are expensive. It took at least a month and a half just to get the right quote. Communication was horrible and my order was still wrong!! The most specific flower i asked for only had three of them. We ended up doing the arbors and table ourselves and they looked great. I would not recommend them for big events and I wouldn't expect to get direct communication.
