From the very beginning Mark was prompt, sincere, and came with a lot of great expertise and ideas on how to make our wedding unique! We looked at other florists but none compared to Mark - his personality and thoughtfulness is one-of-a-kind! On the day of the wedding, Mark was the first vendor there. I would be very skeptical of any 5 star reviews after reading all these horror stories. After several failed attempts to reach someone by phone, we ordered flowers on line 2 days before the funeral of my sweet aunt, paid, received a confirmation and arrived on the day of funeral to discover the flowers were not delivered. My wife called Kevin's to see what happened and the receptionist stated that they just saw the order on the morning of the burial and thought we would not want to send them so they decided to cancel the order. Of course you don't see them until after they have been delivered so it's very awkward to have them redelivered and swapped out after the fact. So the only thing you can do is have them redelivered (and how do you know they will look right the second time) or you can keep them and have the delivery fee refunded. I will not be using them again nor recommending them.
