First, go to simply admire what has been done with this long-neglected space. They elegantly and extravagantly integrated old and new, functional with beautiful to create a wonderful distillery and gorgeous dining and cocktail space that each highlights the other. This space would be right at home in Park City, Aspen, Seattle.... The spirits are delicious. I will happily add their gin, Dock Line and bourbon into my home spirit rotation. I will also enjoy using the Krampus and Old Busker liqueurs in some creative ways. Now the food and cocktails. I want to come up with some reason to hold an event here so I can let others experience the flavors and presentations offered. You can tell the chef used to do over the top events in Vegas, baby ! Perfect shareables for any group. My new obsession is the tarragon mustard served with the charcuterie, and addicting herbed Parmesan bread twists.
