The staff was sincere and attentive, although they were busy assisting the patients that came in before me. The wait was about 10 to 15 minutes, which wasn't long compared to other places that I've visited. After filling out paperwork, I went into a testing room for blood pressure check and blood work. There was a doctor and a nurse who helped me and they chatted with me and made the experience relaxing. Then I was taken to an exam room where Dr. Kim walked in and gave me a handshake for having the best blood pressure of the day :) I told him I was nervous (what if I have a disease???). He began asking me about my work and we got into this life story sharing session and he really made me feel comfortable being there. He seems like such a caring doctor and he actually talked to me, his patient, as if I was one of his friends. I felt as if I had the best counseling session after talking to him. (I really appreciate it Dr.Kim , I know you're super busy). I will only be going to Dr. Kim going forward. One of my coworkers recommended him to me and I definitely recommend him to everyone that lives around the area!! P.s. the bathroom was super clean too!! TLDR: Best Doctor's office that I've been to. I strongly recommend.

Extremely unprofessional, has a very bad attitude, disrespectful, and needs to stay in her lane. she needs to take that white coat off and wear regular clothes. The receptionist is highly unprofessional. She told us on the phone, instead of coming in, to get an over the counter medicine for my dad instead. When my mom asked for a call back for an urgent matter, and she received no response for an hour, she called again. The receptionist told my mom she didn't tell him and we should get a response in 3 hours maybe. The staff there is the worst and very rude.

Everyone has given Dr. Fahmy rave reviews.Further, I referred a friend for cosmetic work, who was thrilled as well! Take it from me, a woman who was considering paying $$$ to a well-known Columbia-Presbyterian MD, just to get the support I'd always hoped to receive, but never got...In my experience,Doctors always seemed to be to be disinterested and condescending; then, I was referred to Dr. Fahmy. But to be honest, since moving to NJ, I hadn't really found a practice or doctor that made me feel taken care of. Until I found Joy Internal Medicine. I grew up with a bit of a hypochondriac mother and that is why sometimes, when I wake up for a few days with numb fingers and toes, I get very paranoid. But, there's nothing like a kind, professional doctor to really acknowledge your worries and take tests and ease your mind. Dr. Kim did just that. She took the necessary tests and all was well with me! I recently went in for a visit because of a bad sore throat and instead of seeing Dr. Kim, I saw Dr. Mahidashti and she was great as well. She listened to me, checked all my vitals, prescribed some antibiotics. I even emailed later with another concern and she was quick to respond. The office itself is clean, bright and the front desk crew is very nice and professional. The location is a bit off the beaten path for me, but it's worth the drive for a quality medical team.

Front desk people are very rude, lots of mistake sending a prescription to my pharmacy, over charge, and almost impossible to speak with a doctor when help needed. They suddenly stop accepting my insurance and refuse to give any help. I had to find another doctor to get a prescription for my allergy when my last visit was less than a six months ago.

Eventually, however it closed on weekends/holidays and at 5:00 most weekdays. Then, wait times frequently increased to hours. On top of that his office manager/wife never missed an opportunity to tell me how awful my insurance was. Ultimately I had to say goodbye to Dr. Vincent. I now go to First Med of NJ - it is everything this place needs to be.

It was really hard to get an appointment with a specialist without missing work, so I went to Dr Kim's Acupuncture office instead. My trigger thumb condition, i.e., the inflammation on my right hand, started improving starting with my third visit through acupuncture. After a couple of months the inflammation was under control and Dr Kim said that I could stop coming. My hand is 100% cured at this time. I consider the healing of the trigger thumb as a significant accomplishment because the other options are to get pain injection or surgery. I know from friends that the trigger finger/thumb can come back a few after pain injection treatment. But this is not the case when you're healed through acupuncture. Many thanks to Mr Kim and his staff for the top notch treatments. Everyone in this office are very nice, friendly, respectful and very professional. The 15 minutes massage therapy at the end of the session is included in the visit, and I would definitely recommend.

The whole practice only has one doctor working. The staff, especially the front desk receptionist named Audrey was so nasty. Asked her how long of a wait time, she told me that this is not a hospital and I must wait. If you cannot wait for Dr. Joo, then she went on to say why don't my sick son wait till friday to see Dr. Chung who was his primary care physician. Who does this? Then I asked her for a doctor's note for my son, she said you can fill out your own form. This is not the only time this office was rude to their patients. I would give it zero stars. Never will go back again!
