We had our first group class. The warm up session was grilling with full cardio workout. All my energy were draining out of me. After 20 minutes of warm up, we got to do the best and the exciting part. The kickboxing was energetic, fun, and excellent workout. I appreciate our trainer Melanie who gave us extra attention since it was our first time. Can't wait for the next class.

(Tony) They offer lockers for free, have hooks to hang up your jacket and a place for your boots. The music plays at a higher volume and it's darker in there but yet well lit. I enjoy it as I find it calming instead of those brightly lite gyms with all that neon light. I've only done personal training (one on one due to Covid) with Dana. She's great she adapts to my injuries and pushes me in a way that works for me. (I need her to constantly repeat everything) They have really cute and clean gloves for you to borrow if you don't have your own. The only thing I chose to buy was wraps for your wrist hand. You don't *NEED* them, However they are really cute with little pandas on them. I chose to buy them as I have weak wrist and wanted to make sure I didn't hurt myself. I consider myself in ok/decent shape and the 35 minute PT kicks my ass every time. Great work out physically and mentally. Prices are a little on the expensive side in my opinion however I do think it makes sense. Just under 70$ w race for 35 minute PT. They also offer slots you can reserve to go boxe on your own at a much cheaper rate 15$ or 20$ They do offer classes (in regular times) that I haven't tried yet as they are current suspended due to Covid. I've only heard good reviews about them so I'm excited to try! If you're looking for a full work out go check this out!!
