Sometimes I think people take more time to complain than to praise. But there is nothing but…read morepraise for Mr. Flynn, who was assigned to a family member's case, and with all things considered (personal info), Mr. Flynn got him the best deal possible. Without Mr. Flynn, things could have been much worse for this family member. Let me get specific...Mr. Flynn treated my family member with respect & compassion; he LISTENED to my family member and took into account the motive and reasons for something unfortunate that happened. Normal places and lawyers seem to want to churn through their clients, but not Mr. Flynn. Once the deal was offered, we pondered it together as a family. Mr. Flynn did not push my family member either way, just offered his expert advice and allowed my family member to make his own decision without pressure. After we met with the judge, Mr. Flynn sat with us again to explain everything in GREAT detail and answer any & all questions we had. We felt informed. We felt respected. And we felt that Mr. Flynn really cared out his client. I was taken aback at the way he immersed himself in our situation. Once all was said and done, Mr Flynn sat with me and told me that, although my family member did a bad thing (off his meds), he said that he believes this person to be a truly good person who found himself in a bad situation. I believe he truly, ooly cares. I will be grateful for that for a long, long time and yes...I would recommend Mr. Flynn to anyone smart enough to choose him. I told him to tell his mother that she raised him well. :)

He is the best lawyer I have met in Arlington and his services are not overpriced like other lawyers. Thank you Flynn Law Firm, I will always recommend you.

Louis nearly ruined my life. I had to fire Louis because he never filed a motion for discovery in…read moremy case. Had he done this, he would have realized that Fairfax County had NO PHYSICAL EVIDENCE against me. 19 years old and facing serious drug charges, Louis charged me $10,000 and proceeded to do little or no work on my case. Louis made me feel that my case was helpless unless I cooperated with police to have charges against me dismissed. This is a horrible and corrupt practice and my feelings on this have never changed: I, in no way, ever felt comfortable being coerced into participating in this dangerous and grossly corrupt practice. Having teenage girls do the investigative legwork of experienced law enforcement is not advice I expected to receive from my very expensive advocate. Ever heard of "Rachel's Law"? A few years before my case, this law was passed because Rachel Hoffman was murdered while acting as a police informant in exchange for her own freedom. On many occasion Louis said things like: "I've had clients turn on cousins, on their own brothers and mothers and fathers (...), it's very normal and common", in an attempt to normalize betrayal. I had a strong feeling that this is the way he has figured to "win" cases like this, so I fired Louis. Although I was young and and ignorant, I knew he wasn't doing what I needed and wanted him to do for my case to have a favorable outcome. The next attorney I had was shocked when they found Louis had never filed for a discovery motion. They got my case thrown out 30 minutes into one hearing. Louis had me travel to and from my University in New York City numerous times for cases that always got continued, because I would not cooperate in a police investigation. This is a person I would warn potential clients to stay away from. A genuine Billy Flynn type who likes to Razzle Dazzle.

If I could give this man 0 stars, I would!…read more This man is the worst attorney I've ever had to deal with. SO on 10/5/2023 me and my ex-gf got into an argument over a dog, I stated several times I wanted to be left alone, and she came downstairs in the townhouse we were staying and assaulted me SEVERAL times, even though I told her several times to leave me alone. So, after the argument turned physical due to her actions, I called the cops, and they arrested me because she claimed I tried to "kill her", which was all a lie. Fast forward to me getting booked/process at Fairfax County ADC, after I got out, I did a google search for lawyers in my area. Guess who came up first? Louis Kleinman. I reached out to him, and things seem to be going well, until we actually went to court the first time. This f*ckin idiot had me plead no contest to an emergency protection order, he put up no fight at all. I lost my firearms temporarily, but still he was utterly useless. So several court dates go by, and we had a few continuances, and again he did not fight for me. So at this point I'm asking him what deals can be made to ensure I don't get any felony charges or jail time, and again he was acting like an old, tired dog. He DID NOT get the discovery for evidence purposes, he DID NOT call any witnesses, I had to tell my friend who was involved to come with me. Several months go by, which at this point is almost a year since the incident happened, and he still hasn't done SH*T! I got fed up, and contemplated taking the plea deal that'll knock down my felony charge to a "lesser" felony charge just to get this whole thing over with. By the grace of God, something in my spirit spoke to me, and made me ask around for another lawyer. In comes Jonathan Oates in Fairfax. I got in contact with Mr. Oates, and we got to work right away. To long story short it, Mr. Oates did more work in a few months than Mr. Kleiman did in a whole f*ckin year! And now I'm a free man after hearing a not guilty verdict!! Had Mr. Kleiman done his f*ckin job/work, he would've seen that my ex-gf was a LIAR, and the evidence that the goofy a** prosecutor had was absolute garbage. To be honest I don't even know why he took that case anyway, but hey HIS loss. So to wrap this review up, DO NOT IN ANY WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM hire Louis Kleiman as your defense attorney. He will NOT, file for any discovery in your case, he will NOT fight for you, and he surely will NOT be worth the money. Stay far away from him as humanly possible. The amount of incompetence I experienced with him was worse that the Three Stooges, and that's me putting it lightly. PLEASE PLEASE for the love of God, hire someone who's actually going to fight for you, BECAUSE LOUIS KLEIMAN WILL NOT.

(Court appointed case). The firm services are border line unethical. The attorney associate representing us during the hearing did not know the case details, status, and evidence. I was surprised the attorney did not use the evidence in the court. He did not want to wait to defend his client who is already incarcerated, and officers need to bring him out to attend the hearing. Instead, he continued the hearing for another 3 weeks rather than trying to get a bond or get his client out of incarceration. When talking to him after the hearing, he was surprised with the evidence and on me: "I am not a social worker". please note I provided the evidence to the attorney trough his office and through text messages. during the 2 years, I was not able to talk to the attorney once. The office will not even give me the courtesy of replying to my communications. Not by text or email or phone.

The kindness, encouragement, patience, and professional support offered by this team over the entire process has been invaluable for us. It is the team's detail-oriented approach, flawless document preparation, and timely hands-on help that enabled us to receive EAD, AP, and Green card approvals as expected, and the entire process to complete with less than four months. Before deciding to work with the Oliver-Zhang Law, we had contacted a few law firms, but not until after we were impressed by Rachel in a consultation could we believe that we found a representation that we can rely on. During the hour-long session, Rachel showed her deep knowledge in immigration law, addressed our questions/concerns in a simple and easy-to-understand way; the path forward was highlighted clearly and convincing. Over the course of preparation, the communication channel has been clear, and the team has always been ready to provide timely guidance and support; when we were frustrated by the challenges and delays in preparation of the required supporting documents, Rachel and Annjelika have been always available with encouragement and support. On all the major activities along the case process, guidance on what to do has always been clear, and advice on DOs and DON'Ts has been always provided in detail and timely manner. When receiving the USCIS interview notice we were kind of stressed, but the stress was soon relieved after the mock interview session, which was so well prepared, thorough, and informative. Again, we were deeply impressed by the professionalism of the lawyers who attended the training session, who provided so many valuable advice, and invaluable encouragement. Julie's presence during the USCIS Interview offering her timely support was certainly another credit to the reliable services of the law firm. Once again, we appreciate Rachel and Julie's experience and knowledge in immigration laws, and Annjelika's continuous support and always keeping things on track. We strongly recommend the immigration law representation by the law firm of Oliver-Zhang Law.
