I had been dreading this task for the usual reasons (don't want to think about dying, worried about family dissension, etc.), but Mr. Vinson supplied ample verve, sensitivity, and good humor, along with exceptional professional expertise, to make the process as pain-free as it could possibly be. At the outset, Susan and I had no clear idea of what we were doing or even what we actually wanted to accomplish. But Mr. Vinson's insightful questions, laying out of options, thorough discussion of pros and cons, demystification of probate law and estate planning, and exploration of alternative outcomes clarified for us the different choices we might make and the possible outcomes of those choices. Ably assisted by his partner/Office Manager/spouse, Mr. Vinson prepared necessary documents for us along with clear instructions on how to proceed going forward. He also made an offer (still open) to meet individually with any of our seven children in case they need help understanding the structure of the Trust and their place in the arrangements. I'll mention parenthetically that the whole effort was, to my mind, surprisingly affordable. In short, working with Mr. Vinson and his Office has provided my wife and me with great peace of mind and the sense that we have provided for our children and grandchildren as best we can. As I'm not getting any younger, I reached out to my uncle, who is an attorney in another specialty, to seek a referral for writing my last will and other related legal documents. My uncle worked with David Bale decades ago and could attest to how thoughtful and thorough he was. This certainly proved to be the case. I made first contact via his website and received a prompt response including details about the price, process and expectations. His responsiveness was impeccable from start to finish. In those early emails he provided me with all the materials I needed to be prepared for our first meeting. I greatly appreciated this because when you pay by the hour, time is essentially money. During our first meeting he gently asked informed questions to ensure that he was accurately capturing my intentions. When applicable, he presented several options for me to choose what best suited my needs. After the meeting Mr. Bale drafted all of the necessary documents and emailed them to me for proofing and updating. This was a seamless and efficient process that I feel also saved time and money. Once documents were reviewed, we set our final meeting which included signing, notary services and receipt of official documents & copies thereof. All documents were also provided to me electronically as well. I was quoted $750 for the entire process and we stayed on target. He was kind and made an effort to get to know me in effort to help me make more informed decisions.

I am going to make sure i will review in the most unbiased and descriptive way of all kind of services and people i come across to give a clearer picture to someone who comes after me. Moving on to the main topic, Mr bale was contacted for legal counsel on home closing/real estate. Many attorneys i spoke to required a paid consultation to explain my issue whereas Mr David Bale made sure he had a brief conversation firstly by emails and a short call to understand my requirement of legal counsel totally free. This opens up a window to communicate if you really need a counsel or it is too early or late. Based on his genuine suggestions and advices during our short call i can tell how knowledgeable and experienced he is and i am pretty sure he has dealt with varied real estate related legal situations. In terms of fees, they were reasonable and i think they are standard across all columbus. It is a hard decision to pick an attorney from a plethora of choices on the internet, and i hope my review helps somebody.

If you are considering entrusting the care of your loved one 60 years of age or older with this…read moreattorney you will want to read this. There are still so many concerns about Carolyn S. Luckey, Guardianship Ward #533387. The immediate family of Carolyn S. Lucky, her mother, father and sister are deceased. Her records have been sealed by Chris Gasper and no one can find her to check on her wellbeing. We have polled three area Attorneys and none have heard of this in Franklin County Probate Court. Where is the transparency here? After 3 years of billable hours and settlement of her mothers and sister estate, Carolyn S. Luckey is still Ward #533387. Who is profiting from the death, prolonged sickness and handicapped? Concerned people, close to Carolyn S. Luckey have filed complaints with the Guardianship Board and US Department of Justice to address the matter. They state the undeniable fact, that Carolyn S. Luckey never has required long term care. 3 years without proper medication, disregard for documented diagnosis and prognosis will prolong psychosis, we are entering into 4 years in Guardianship care with confinement and No visitation. Whatever her condition is, she is being denied social support, a connection to familiar things, classmates and friends from OSU, NYU, Howard University, colleagues and friends from the Ohio Historical Society to Reminiscence with and enjoy. Prior to sealing the records. Carolyn S. Luckey was denied visitors. They have refused local Ministers, family and friends. Initially staff at these facilities stated that she was on No visitation. When people began to question her level of care and ask Guardians if they had visited her the status was changed to pre-approval for visitation. After seeking pre-approval, visitor's requests were left either non-responded or responded with pending Carolyn's approval. If the people responsible for her care while under guardianship are stating after 3 years in their care that she is in a delusional state, how do they anticipate she has the capacity to approve visitors? A Registered Nurse and friend attempted to visit and was not allowed. What is the status of Carolyn Luckey Ward #533387? Where is she? What is her level of care? It is almost Christmas again. In response to how she was doing, a Guardianship staff member commented that she was smelly and wearing a moo moo, where is the professionalism in that? Her friends attempted to provide robes and other gifts for Christmas. They were told she could not have any visitors or gifts. This is a financial, moral and ethical issue. People need to demand an independent evaluation of Carolyn S. Luckey, Guardianship Ward #533387. People need to know her Name, Carolyn S. Luckey, Guardianship Ward # 533387. Carolyn S. Luckey. How would you proceed if this was your own family member Chris Gasper, is this the level of care you would want? If you decide to address this review, please do not use billable hours to do so.
