Our pets all love him as much as we do. Well, as much as they can love a vet haha! He really takes the time to explain everything, so I always leave with a clear understanding of what's going on with my pets. Most recently, he cleaned my cat's teeth and saw my boston terrier for a splotch on his eyeball. The visits were great, as always. The front desk staff is so kind and I am grateful to everyone at North Main Animal Hospital for being so awesome.

I have checked in 3 times just to be met with attitude and no assistance. The front desk girl refused to try to see if meds were ordered or had shipped. She just keeps saying "we will call you Mam. So today it's been a week. My dog is miserable and still no assistance. While I love Dr Bishop I think this is the nail in the coffin as far as going to this practice. We have had several issues with the front office and vet techs. My dog has been to several vets over the years but every time she is treated at North Main she throws up afterwards. the last two times I could hear her freaking out in the back room so I asked if I could just hold her until the vet was ready for her. the front desk girl refused and said Mam that's not your dog crying. It definitely was. So I insisted that she get her and she said they don't like for us to do that. I had to ask again before she stood up and walked back there. Very Disappointing!!! Today I asked to speak to the Vet Dr Bishop, she said he is too busy. Great Customer Service.

Six years covered a lot. Finn and Callie, grown from ferals with a problem nobody else had bothered to diagnose into two ordinary spoiled house cats. Remy's chicken allergy, worked out and managed on Apoquel. Phoebe, all the way through the end of her life. And Callie's CCL, which they referred out to a surgeon rather than taking on themselves. That last one is the tell, and it's the same thing I liked in 2020. A vet who sends you to a specialist when the case calls for one is a vet who isn't guessing -- the same instinct Dr. Banner showed when she tested two former ferals for clostridium instead of handing me another round of whatever hadn't worked yet. Ask the right question, then be honest about the answer, including when the answer is "not us." Names, because they've earned them. Dr. Becky is still amazing, six years on. Dr. Kasey has been Remy's vet from the beginning. And Carrie, the client care manager, has always been there for us. Six years, four animals, one clinic. Five stars.

Dr. Rafla is incredibly knowledgeable, insightful, and thorough, and he goes out of his way to be helpful and provide excellent service. I trust Dr. Rafla over anyone else, which means a lot. He gives the best advice I've ever seen in a vet. Everything about his practice is all I'd want it to be. Clean, organized, accurate, no waiting, easy to get an appointment, calm and loving environment, and you get to be with your dog during checkups (instead of stuck in a waiting room without them). Everyone on staff is caring, knowledgeable, helpful, and beloved by our fur babies. Our pets feel more comfortable at this vet than our previous vets. The cats and dog enjoy their private exam room where they can explore and sniff. Our 18-year-old cat jumps high up to Dr. Rafla's exam room desk to sit next to him while he's talking to me. Dr. Rafla is very proactive with early detection, prevention, and care. He calls to ask how your pet is doing after any meds or procedures are given. Our pets are now much healthier after having him as a vet. Vine Animal Hospital has a great app where I can keep track of all our pets and their appointments with a cute picture and all their stats available. They send emails each holiday as a heads-up for how to keep your pets safe sponsored by Dr. Rafla's sweet new grand dog, Hazel. Vine also sends email reminders and follow-up phone calls for wellness exams, vaccines, preventive heartworm, flea and tic medication, and more. Dr. Rafla provides in-depth life-extending information during our pets' wellness exams through full blood analysis profiles. Dr. Rafla has the knowledge and ability to do everything possible to give our pets a long, healthy, quality life. Making the change to Vine Animal Hospital has kept our household running smoothly, and our fur babies healthy and happy. Dr. Rafla doesn't just see pets medically. He's also very grounding and emotionally supportive because he sees and gets you as a person. He's truthful, realistic, and dependable. He cares deeply about pets and their people. He sees the big picture, and also what's hidden. All our pets love Dr. Rafla and so do I.

First, my old lady terrier mix had an ear infection that my typical treatment of ear cleaning could not resolve, so I brought her in for professional care. A few weeks later, my heart dog had developed a nasty case of the itchies on his underside, so I brought him in for some relief. I saw a different doctor on each visit but both were great in their own way. I felt like my pups were in good hands the whole time. I followed each doctor's recommendations for my babies and their issues cleared up almost instantly. I really like that they have an online account where I can request appointments or review my pets' histories and treatments. I also love how friendly and helpful everyone on staff is. Not only did they make me feel comfortable, but they eased my old girl's nerves and much to my surprise, let my heart dog, Rex, put his guard down. I normally have to keep a muzzle on him when outside of the house because he can be unpredictable and I worry that he might get nippy with a vet, especially a new one. That was not the case here at all. Rex was on his best behavior and seemed to even enjoy his visit, which is a first for him. He was so relaxed that I took his muzzle off just before they were going to give him a shot. I worried that he might react negatively to the shot but he took it like a champ and loved the attention he got from staff. He was in such a good mood, that I snapped a pic of him in the exam room and I swear he was so happy, he looked like he was smiling! I like Paw Patch Animal Clinic, which is where I had first taken Rex when I moved from Miami, but I switched to CAC because it was closer to my house and I am glad I did since my baby really likes it there. I was provided with an estimate ahead of time and given an opportunity to accept or decline the vet's recommendations. Neither visit was particularly cheap (nothing really is these days), but I felt like the costs were reasonable considering the quality of service provided. CAC will definitely be my preferred vet from now on and I am happy to offer this enthusiastic recommendation on their behalf!

Our French Bulldog, Bella, is paralyzed in her hind legs and was struggling with chronic UTIs and recurring ear infections. We were forced to move from Rose's Animal Hospital (unfortunately they closed), and we moved to CAC, who had months to address these issues. Instead, they kept bringing us back in, running the same expensive tests over and over, and prescribing the same antibiotics without ever getting to the root of the problem. The bills piled up and we were CONSTANTLY bringing her in, but more concerning was the complete lack of genuine concern for ACTUALLY treating and resolving her issues. We finally left CAC- frustrated, exhausted, and no longer willing to watch Bella suffer with these recurring issues. Within ONE MONTH of switching to Roswell VETS4PETS, the difference in Bella's health was finally resolved. Their vets identified the underlying allergies causing her ear problems and created a real care plan for reducing UTIs. She has done a complete 180 since being under their care. If you love your pet and want real solutions- not endless bills and bandaid fixes- go to VETS4PETS. I cannot recommend them enough. CAC should be ashamed of the way they operate and should seriously reflect on their priorities as a veterinary clinic.
