My husband explained to the ticket seller while purchasing tickets. He said, "no problem, just let the attendant know." The attendant allowed me to drive my scooter right up beside the gondola He stopped the ferris wheel and stilled the gondola while we got in. When we got back, he got in and helped my husband assist me with exiting the gondola. They did not rush us or make us feel like an imposition. They made us feel like welcomed guest and ensured we had a great experience! The views of the city were spectacular, especially at night with all of the lights. We could see all the way to Shepherd of the Hills one way and down the strip the other. My grandson said the bumper cars looked like RC cars from way up there. I highly recommend this attraction to anyone visiting Branson.

The ride felt safe, everything was well organized, and being able to control your own speed definitely helped this nervous mom survive. The views were beautiful, the experience was unique, and seeing how much my son loved it made every mini heart attack worth it. If you have adventurous kids, they are going to LOVE this. Most of my crew is pretty nervous around heights and roller coasters, but everyone ended up loving it! I will admit, the idea of potentially getting too close to the person in front of you stressed me out a little. You do have to keep a certain distance, and I did get a little closer than I wanted to at one point. Thankfully, it was easy to brake and slow down, so it ended up being much less stressful than I expected. If the line isn't too long, I would definitely recommend doing it a few times. The wait can be a little lengthy, but it's worth it. The staff was fantastic, especially the guys helping everyone get started. They were fun, encouraging, and made the experience even better. One of them could tell my youngest was nervous and did such a great job calming him down and cheering him on before he took off. I wish I had gotten his name so I could give him a proper shoutout! In 2013 my husband and I ziplined in Belize and in 2014 we went in panama. Zipline USA's lines are so much longer, higher and more fun. What surprised me the most was that zipline USA has wonderful scenery (I never knew missouri could be so pretty-you feel like you're in another country)! We are a young couple and took a trip to this area specifically to zipline. It was well worth the trip! Zipline USA kind of ruined me for all other ziplines, everything pales in comparison! Plus, it's a family business so it's always nice to support that. I highly recommend this place.

After we got called up to the observation deck, it took about 20 minutes to get called to go to the zipline. The guy working was really nice and talked us through everything. The guys at the end of the zipline were really cool too. The ride itself was really fun. It lasted about a minute and you go really fast and the views are really great. Instead of hanging like you would on a traditional zipline, you sit in a big harness, which IMO kind of takes a bit of the fun out of it. It felt a lot less 'dangerous'. But it was fun to try once. It was a seamless process for checking in, purchasing a camera (you cannot bring your own) and going up the tower in the elevator and meeting the staff at the top. The staff explained everything to us and made sure we were safely strapped in. It was a great run and the staff waiting at the bottom made sure you stopped properly and ensured each person quickly leaves to keep the lines moving. I was worried I operated the camera incorrectly so when I checked the video link, I was so happy that despite myself "pausing" the video, it still captured my entire flight.
