Verbally quoted my clients repairs on their property, then repeatedly failed their appraisals racking up over a thousand dollars in re inspect fees. Nearly cost them their closing, and NONE of it was necessary according to the lender. Finally, he REFUSED to come back out and re appraise one last time- nearly costing my clients their property. Fortunately, there are good people willing to do what's right when you get USED by someone like Adam Lemonde. If he still has a license in the future, stay clear of him.
