After talking with us for about 30 minutes, Mark gave me a very reasonable quote along with the contract. The second I signed, 1 of Marks colleagues ( Emily ), took off her sweater to reveal Scrubs! The nurses and administrators at Progressive took such amazing care of us! Gin (the administrator) was always available, incredibly quick to respond, super knowledgeable and helpful and just simply KIND! And the nurses he sent to help us became like family - Zar, Alena and Oksana were sent out to us the most. They were incredibly knowledgeable, kind, helpful, on time, communicative and just truly awesome human beings! They saved us on so many occasions - going above and beyond their jobs to help us when we needed them. The entire staff made us feel safe. We always felt like we had a team of support behind us - and this was everything to us during such scary, uncertain times.
