Soon, I found that the nurse in charge was very knowledgeable, and more importantly, he cared about the patient very much. As long as it was helpful to the patient, he would not hesitate to order the necessary medicines and medical equipment for her and deliver them in time. Whenever the patient showed despair mood and wanted to die, he always held her hand sincerely to express his comfort and prayer. Their 24-hour service is also very efficient. We called for help several times, and their nurse on duty always came to the door in time to provide the necessary care. My wife needed to take a bath three times a week, and the nurse who serve her are also very kind. Not only she was very careful and gentle when working, but always gave patient a heartfelt hug when the work finished, which made the family members feel very warm. Although my wife finally died of the illness last Sunday, she should be lucky to receive such sincere human care and service in the last stage of her life. I live in Northern California and had helped four dying relatives before , and I know hospice services very well. So I would like to introduce this very professional and caring agency to anyone who needs this service. I'm sure you won't be disappointed if you go to them.

I urge you to carefully consider this before contracting with any hospice provider. Unfortunately, our experience with Faith & Hope made an already painful situation even harder. In April 2025, my mom suffered a massive stroke. She was placed under Continuous Care (CC), which meant she required critical, around-the-clock nursing support. We were told her case would be re-evaluated after three days. However, the care was stopped in less than 24 hours and we were given only 4 hours' notice that services would be discontinued. At that point, it was clear our needs no longer aligned with Faith & Hope's philosophy of care. We scrambled to hire private help on extremely short notice. That night, my mom was in significant pain & experienced agitation. She needed her medication adjusted and an increase of the dosage frequency to help manage her symptoms. The next day, we made final attempts to Faith & Hope to reassess mom's eligibility for CC, even though the on-call night nurse, when we asked, did acknowledge that we were free to seek another hospice provider. We waited all day for a response from Faith & Hope, but heard nothing. Faced with another evening without adequate care, we transferred my mom to a different hospice. They gave us the right care without hesitation. Sadly, our mom passed away only 4 days later. The only positive experience we had with Faith & Hope was with Nurse Theresa. She cared for my mom with compassion, dedication and a true commitment to patient advocacy. Theresa's thoughtfulness and support helped guide my brothers and me through an incredibly challenging time, and for that we are deeply grateful.

TERRIBLE & TRAUMATIZING EXPERIENCE , Would not provide a suitable wheelchair for my mom, but they…read morereferred me to a person they recommended. I paid $1200 out of pocket, only to find out that the wheelchair was far too large for my mom's small frame. Their referral would not exchange the wheelchair for a smaller size, nor would they refund any of my money for a wheelchair my mom was unable to use. I was stuck with the entire bill of $1200 and they provided no financial assistance whatsoever I ended up donating the wheelchair to the nursing facility. The worst experience of all occurred the day my mom passed away. They delivered my mother's body to the wrong crematorium, which was located approximately 30 minutes from the correct funeral home. lNever received an apology, nor did I receive a call or a single response from them, despite my countless attempts to contact them by phone, email and text. Horrific experience!!! I wish I could give them ZERO stars

My gratitude and appreciation goes to the entire staff, especially Terri. During one of the hardest moments in our family's life, their compassion and professionalism saw us through "the bad and the ugly" moments we all have to face at one time or another. They were always caring, attentive, and easy to communicate with. Their nurses gave us updates daily or sometime twice per day, as the health of our loved one declined. Really greatfull for the services provided for my grandfather. Although it was a very difficult…read moretime for all of us who loved him, his passing was remarkably peaceful. All the meds and supplies that were needed were provided within a timely manner. Any issues that came it, from the office staff (who were so wonderful) to the skilled nurses and MD's who did nothing but best to help and compromise our needs. Eventhough we continue to grieve, my family and I are tremendously lucky to have found a true hospice/palliative in-home support.
