I've had my cat confined there once, and they actually took care of her well. Their care doesn't just remain in the confines of a the business aspect of the clinic, they go beyond that to getting to know your pet and helping them with their own unique needs. In such short time, they got to know who my cat is and were actually going to miss her sweet personality around! I love the setup of this clinic altogther too. It has a spacious "homey" interior, since it is in a literal home. You can buy your basic pet supplies because they are readily available. There's also a yard where dogs can be walked when you visit your confined pet. Very welcoming staff as well. The head veterinarian asked a staff to find me a cab on the way out. It's a very heart-warming veterinary clinic that you should visit. The vets here are also compassionate towards street animals and they've had a bunch of success stories, partnering with animal welfare organizations in making a huge change happen. It's a veterinary clinic to admire!

Pet Society is actually nice, despite the blatant copying of the then famous Playfish game's name, the little store is a pretty decent place to take your pet for grooming and the regular vaccine. What I like about this vet/grooming place was that it was the only one nearby that was actually 24 hours, what I don't like about them is that their vets aren't so adept at answering the numerous questions a typical worried pet owner would ask. Pay them a visit for the not-so-serious allergies, a refill for treats, and for emergency purposes because of their 24 hour service, but if you want your questions to be answered, this is not the place.

From what I know with puppy and parvo it's usually 50/60 chance of survival. Well... guess what, 5 days later, my half pound pup survived! Thanks to Dr Hershey and staff for being so caring and helpful with my baby pup! Will always be so grateful to these folks, another two weeks I'm hoping to bring my baby pup home to the US. In addition, this is the first vet place here I've ever been to where I felt the caring towards the animals. Not only is it clean and friendly, caring as well! Client Service Orientation: We were all so devastated that day of April 24, 2025 when our beloved…read morepet of almost 14 years succumbed to multiple organ failure at the VIP Pet Clinic along Katipunan Rd, Links, QC. When our beloved baby breathed her last inside one of the clinic's private rooms, the pain was so sharp and heavy -- it was heartbreaking. We wondered what to do next with her lifeless remains on the table. We stayed in the room and tried contacting pet afterlife services. Fortunately, we were able to find one. As we exited the room on our way to the parking lot, carrying our beloved pet's body, we passed by the reception area where the VIP's frontline personnel were seated. They just looked blankly at us. No condolences or any word of sympathy -- no nothing, as if they were completely oblivious to our profound sadness and despair. We wondered why they could be so unsympathetic and so indifferent. Shouldn't the clinic's staff have at least said: Sir/Ma'am, condolences po?" This was at least we expected of them. But they just stared blankly without saying anything. We were so disappointed. Such behavior isn't fit for the frontline personnel of any pet clinic. 0 of 5 stars for client service orientation

I started calling The Dog Park for their home grooming service. I was so traumatized with other…read moregrooming places because my dogs would always come back home with fleas or ticks! I tried three places already and there was always something wrong after their grooming. When I heard that The Dog Park offered home services, I decided to try them out and I've been loyal to them ever since. I like how they do the grooming in your own home... in my case, they do it in the garage. But I've also asked how they do it in other areas and they said that if there's no garage or garden, they can also do it in a balcony (for condos). Since it's in your own house, you're assured that there wont be any infestation of fleas or ticks from other dogs. They bring everything with them (table, tools and shampoos) and only use your water. I don't mind this at all since they save me on transportation costs anyway. I have been satisfied with their hair cuts and grooming, especially for my Shelties who always look so pretty after they get groomed. I also love how it's so easy to contact them and schedule with them. The Dog Park is actually more than a home grooming service. They are actually mainly a lodging service and a day care for pets. We first tried them out with our newest puppy to see how he liked it there. Let's just say, he loves it so much that when he is in the car and we're nearing the area, he excitedly scratches the door to get out right away. The place is not so huge but big enough for the dogs to run around in. There are also separated areas for smaller dogs and dogs that need more time to adjust. When we bring our dog there, we just leave his food and they take care of the rest. We're so happy that we have a place where we can leave our dogs if/when we go on travel trips. He loves it there so much and enjoys the company of the resident Golden Retriever and resident Husky :)

BSF Animal Clinic is my go to place if my cat and dog are in need…read more I'm a bit paranoid with my little dog and if there is anything wrong with him, I rush him to the vet. I appreciate that BSF always treats things very seriously and research the symptoms e.g. my dog had a little heat stroke because my aircon wasn't working. 5 min after he walked into the vet with nice cold air he became his old self again. Regardless, the vet did all the necessary test and offered to cut his nails for free. One time we found a little kitten by the side of the street that was run over by a bike. The vet helped us to put the kitten to sleep since the x-rays said it couldn't be saved anymore. They gave us a good discount since it wasn't our cat. They are compassionate and understanding here and the place smells and looks clean.

For a lot of reasons, I wasn't satisfied and would never go back. It could have been 3 or 2 stars. But, something happened that just made me write this review... When we got home, I noticed that the left eye of my pup was swelling. So I sent a message to (respectfully) ask if something happened. When they asked me to call and talk to the groomer, he asked me if I was sure that it was swelling. I said yes, that's why we were asking. Then here's what annoyed me... He rudely said "wala nangyari. kaya namin pinapacheck kanina mam diba?" (Nothing happened. That's why we made you check earlier, right?) FYI, they did not do that. I just picked up my pup from the cage, paid and left. I noticed on the ride home that he kept scratching his face (which was usual). When I noticed it was swelling, I opted to go to a vet. So, I told him that I just wanted to know if something happened so I know what I would tell the vet. That's it. He didn't have to be rude and he didn't have to lie about me checking my pup before we left. End point: unprofessional and rude. Proceed with caution. Trust your gut. Update: During check-up, the balls were also reddish. According to the vet, either the razor used was too hot or the skin of my pup was irritated with how they trimmed it.

Occasionally, you can find dogs being groomed in one of their rooms from which you watch from the outside. The big dogs are particularly cute to see 'cause they are rebels and they give the groomers a challenge. Haha! Staff's accommodating too.
