Today we visited that clinic for the scheduled vaccine and deworming of our dog, at 10am according to the staff, the vet took their early lunch. So we waited until 1:30pm and ask again the staff. They said that the vet is resting and still not calling any pet patients. We have waited for more than 3hrs to be called by the vet, but still to not avail. That vet clinic did not matter the importance of time of the pet owners. The power tripping attitude of those vets in that clinic reflects their unprofessional attitudes.

The price depends on the grooming, but since I have a short-haired mini dachs, the price is slightly affordable at 400. The service starts with the groomer gently cutting the dog's nails, followed by cleaning the ears with baby oil (if your dog has special ear medicine, you can bring that too), then followed by a bath. The Purple Groom uses a tub and a handheld shower to really clean the dog. This is then followed by drying the dog with a blower, and once your furry friend is all dried up, powder and cologne are applied. In addition to dog grooming, The Purple Groom also retails Royal Canin dog food, as well as some accessories and medicines such as tick removers, pet cologne and pet carriers, beds, and dog nappies. What I really like though about The Purple Groom is how they handle the dogs. Personally, I've been requesting Christian to groom my dog as he's very gentle with dogs and you can really see that he's just really into pets and is very professional and knows what he's doing. Also, if you are busy, you can also leave your pets safely at The Purple Groom as they have ample dog cages while their owners are still out doing errands.

Another time, my other dog came home with ticks and got sick. :( Since then, I made a point to find a groomer that not only made my furbabies pretty, they also had to be people who were very caring in the way they handled them. The reason why I like The Purple Groom is because, when I ask them to give my furbabies a specific cut, they don't ask questions and just do it. For example, I always ask that my Toy Poodle has to have a Bichon cut (I like her to look poofy all the time). Also, for my Yorkie, he is a boy but I ask that they give him a "girl cut" and they would know what I mean. Their regular full grooming package includes shampoo, hair cut, nail trim, ear cleaning, and teeth cleaning. The grooming prices range from Php450 for a small breeds and Php500 for medium breeds. I usually have to pay a bit more for my poodle because her fur is always in knots. Also, I like that they will text me a message when they are almost finished grooming. :)
