Took another stool sample and prescribed stronger medication. 7 days later, with 1 remaining dose left, we found our Bluie dead!! I tried reaching the vet since Jan. 29, the day he died, but she was always out. Never even replied to my messages. I don't know why Blue was not given the right diagnostic tests to find out what was really going on inside him. A blood test would have given us more information to be able to treat properly. Even a physical check on the stomach or perhaps a temperature check. None!! I relied on the expertise of the vet! That's why we brought our sick dog to them in the first place. Just a stool check. Worse is that when I needed to talk to the vet, Dr Siday is her name, for questions as to what could have caused his death and to give closure, she never returned my calls. I'm so heartbroken!! It's been 4 days of calling Vets in Practice in Katipunan everyday but to no avail. They didn't want to give me her direct contact number and she could not be reached in all the numbers they gave me. I wish they could be a little more empathetic. Very bad practice, to say the least. I hope and pray that I find justice for Blue and that they get what they deserve! As a parent of three dogs, I only want what's best for them so there I times, if the budget allows, that I get their treats from here. With Carlo's cats, our doctor found that it was because of something they ate and also that they were not drinking water. So, they were dehydrated. The diagnosis was a big relief for the both of us! Apart from being a clinic/hospital, they also do grooming and boarding. Yes, they have a "Pet Hotel." Though, I think the lodging is a bit expensive for the accommodation your furbaby will get. Another time, my other dog came home with ticks and got sick. :( Since then, I made a point to find a groomer that not only made my furbabies pretty, they also had to be people who were very caring in the way they handled them. The reason why I like The Purple Groom is because, when I ask them to give my furbabies a specific cut, they don't ask questions and just do it. For example, I always ask that my Toy Poodle has to have a Bichon cut (I like her to look poofy all the time). Also, for my Yorkie, he is a boy but I ask that they give him a "girl cut" and they would know what I mean. Their regular full grooming package includes shampoo, hair cut, nail trim, ear cleaning, and teeth cleaning. The grooming prices range from Php450 for a small breeds and Php500 for medium breeds. I usually have to pay a bit more for my poodle because her fur is always in knots. Also, I like that they will text me a message when they are almost finished grooming. :)

They said that the vet is resting and still not calling any pet patients. We have waited for more than 3hrs to be called by the vet, but still to not avail. That vet clinic did not matter the importance of time of the pet owners. The power tripping attitude of those vets in that clinic reflects their unprofessional attitudes.
