Their sushi bar is really small so I've never actually tried it, but I'd be willing to give it a shot. I enjoy their wonton soup, chow mein, and pineapple chicken. They offer a variety of chop suey dishes and all the fun appetizers like spring rolls, wontons, and pot stickers. They also serve beer, wine by the glass, and the usual bar drinks such as pisco sour, piscola and mojitos. The restaurant is huge with lots of places to sit, or order to go and enjoy it in the comfort of your place. They are always really nice in there and super helpful with recommendations and describing their plates.

I've been tired of eating dry dumplings and chaufa (fried rice) that never taste even close to how they're supposed to be... Food Lays instantly became my favorite Chinese restaurant in entire Santiago for their quite authentic selection of dishes. This place is way better than Madam Tusan (peruvian Chinese chain) or Palacio Danubio Azul, that are much more expensive than this restaurant. They serve DimSum menu, including steamed shrimp dumplings, sticky rice in lotus leave, steamed buns with BBQ pork, congee (rice soup) with century egg, Shaolong Bao (steamed pork dumplings with soup), and etc... These dishes are quite hard to find in other Chinese restaurants in Chile. And they're mostly less than 3000CLP for each, really cheap!! I'm so glad I found this place now. *Such a shame I didn't take pictures this time... sorry!! I went there on Sunday lunch, at 12 o'clock. The food has been altered to suit the Chilean palate. I ordered carne dragon, mongolian beef, and a soup. Sorry but I forgot the name. The soup was good, a mix of eggs, chicken, scallion, and rice noodle. The beef dishes not so much. Both tasted like lightly seasoned beef dishes simply boiled in their own broth. Really a poor attempt at an Chinese dish in my opinion. Prices are reasonable and the service was prompt and friendly but we will not return.

Never a good feeling leaving a place with a partially full stomach and an expensive check. The food is decent and they have a selective menu. I have had up and down experience with the service, although once ordering take out and literally after we paid we asked to change our soup choice and they just said "NO", so customer satisfaction was not really the feeling I was getting. Probably ok for locals who do not know what Chinese food taste like but not ok for Chinese people or people coming from 1st world countries. I took the liberty to check out the Chinese super market and they have everything there so it's not the lack of ingredients just the chef is crap.
