I usually always use the drive thru and the workers are always very nice and work with a quickness. No real complaints from me. They always deliver the services I need. They do have shorter hours and close early on a Saturday ( noon) but for a smaller bank in a smaller community I understand that.

Deborah found their mistakes and helped us get all our money back! She invested so much time because our situation was so difficult. She is upfront and honest and goes the extra mile. My son and I got very sick when it came time to picking up the things we left with her. I wasn't able to leave the house. Thankfully Katie is such a sweetheart and volunteered to drop them off with us so we wouldn't have to wait. I don't usually leave reviews, so someone has to really do above and beyond to make me want to. I've honestly never felt comfortable when doing my taxes. The people I've worked with before never seemed nice or open. I'm very very happy I went to H&R Block this year. I will definitely be using Deborah for as long as I possibly can!

He is just a phone call or Email away. I could email him any time and he responds within minutes. Really, I know that's not the norm for most insurance companies or agents. Chris treats me fairly and does know me as a mom and our family and not a other contract, premium or transaction. Each holiday he calls with a message as well as on my birthday too! Who does that anymore? He has continued to provide great support and checks in on us too! Thankful to have someone local that we can trust and depend on!
