We love coming to this brewery when we are in YXE!…read more We love that they serve their own beers but also other SK brews. The space is bright and gorgeous and staff are always friendly. Yesterday we opted for sandwiches. My husband loved his Rueben, after we heard from the sandwichdad on Instagram they have one of the best sandwiches in Saskatoon (the Rueben) and the jalapeño popper sandwich caught my eye which was perfectly balanced with the cheese and jalapeños. The soup was a perfect dip to eat with the sandwich or alone. I liked my flight of beers I had as well and noticed a happy hour from 2-5pm on some days of the week that looked appealing.

As we were ordering, my friend mentioned to the lovely person behind the counter that I am a vancouverite. "Oh, so we're not special to you," she said. I agreed, but they're not in Vancouver. Yet, the atmosphere and the beer are definitely standouts - and especially great for Saskatoon, since I think this is the first brewery with a tasting room in the city. And they have delicious ciders too wahoo

It is unique, flavourful and worth coming back for (we went twice in the three days we were in the city!) The service was amazing! They are hopping busy but so friendly and willing to explain the menu item. The owners are all about locally sourcing the food so the perogies and sausages are handmade in the province! And they are passionate about making good food - there is nothing bad on the menu. The vibe is an upscale diner. Easy going and somewhere you will want to come back to. Perhaps in the afternoon to have a coffee and a homemade daily special donut??? Didn't get one of those this time.... Guess I know where I'll be stopping on my next trip to the city!

I've sat both on the first and second floor and I would say the second floor has better view as your eating your food. Especially if your going during sunset hours. The food here is typically good whatever you end up picking. The dinner and lunch menu are different so come and try the different food options for different times. The steak was cooked so good, I asked for them to cook it medium and they've gotten it done perfect. The service here is great and can't wait to go back and try their cheesecake.
