The arrangement I selected had some flowers that weren't readily available in February, and the website told me substitutions may be necessary, and I said ok, so was surprised when the owner, Candy, called me to offer some options: I could wait for new flower shipments to arrive, or she could use the freshest alternatives she had on hand, to be delivered the next day. I chose the latter, as time was of the essence, and was again surprised when she texted me a photo of the lovely arrangement she had put together, and a note that she had already delivered the flowers! Turned out, Candy knew the family the flowers were going to, which shows the strong connection she has with the community of Knoxville. By far the worst customer service I have EVER encountered. My arrangement was extremely poor…read morequality and when I contacted the company "Shauna" was extremely rude. She never once apologized, stated it was not her fault that she received the flowers closed and not opened. As a florist company, if you receive flowers that are in poor condition you don't make the arrangement anyway in hopes the customer won't notice, you get new or you reach out the customer! This florist doesn't do that! They don't take ownership of their arrangements and then won't refund you when you're devastated. Worst thing was, this was for my grandmothers funeral! If I could give them a negative number I would! I referenced the arrangement below so it was visually seen.
